    Function and ease of installation
    Initially I bought a white color switch. The installation and adding the device to the app went beautifully. I then ordered the unit shown in the picture which is almond color. I could not integrate this unit to the app, and had to get chat support . They couldn’t make it work and i sent the switch back for a replacement. the second unit had the same issue not broadcasting wifi for integration to the app. I decided to try integrating this unit with Blue Tooth. And that worked great. I have bought two more since and installations have gone beautifully. Highly recommend them.

    Easy wiring. Built with a bit more plastic but should be fine once installed. A bit of issue to connect. Used blue tooth setting and working fine.

    Easy install if you’re familiar with basic electrical work. Quick setup. Never lost connectivity with the wifi. Works great at my outdoor shower! Great quality. I have about 10 of those spread out in my.house as well.

    I have several Kasa switches. They work well and are easy to hook up and configure. Five things you need to know:1) You need to download the Kasa app.2) You need a neutral wire (white wire for US wiring) for Kasa switches to work.3) You don’t need a smart WIFI hub for these to work.4) These are easy to configure and connect to you home WIFI network.5) Once you have a Kasa switch or plug installed and configured it is easy to set up automatic/smart functions such as turn on switch at sunset turn off at sunrise. (the app knows the location of the switch so it changes the turn on/off times to match local time and seasons)

    Works great and fits common wall plates.
    Switch works great, like the Kasa Smart Plugs I have. A very nice feature about this smart wall switch (Mod.HS200) is that it’ll fit perfectly into a standard wall plate (from Menard’s etc) as shown in these photos. I have a 3-way switch in this double gang box that has a regular toggle and luckily the Kasa switch fit right in once I went and got this wall plate to accommodate both switch styles. Had to install it via BLUE-TOOTH because it wasn’t showing up on WiFi list.

    switch stopped working after 2 months
    When they work, they are amazing! Mine quit after 2 months, to get a replacement, they demanded that I partially remove the switch from the wall and send them photos of the switch and its serial number on the back. Not the easiest thing to do for a $12 switch
