    Great video doorbell
    So I’ve had my video door bell camera for about a month. I purchased it because I love the fact that it is hardwired and I don’t have to charge it every couple of months. Set up was very easy. I was able to deactivate the original bell chime with the wires included in pkg. When installing (which was in a tight space between the door and brick wall of house) I noticed that I could see part of the building in the camera view so I slanted it and the view was way better. Also although it has night vision, when my porch light came on I could see the actual camera lens in the camera view, So I deactivated night vision and it fixed the problem.I love that when someone rings my bell it comes to my phone as a call.I love that you can set up face profiles for frequent visitors as well as greeting.Overall I would definitely recommend this product.

    I like it’s hard wired. The chimes aren’t the greatest. It detects everything including lightening, trees blowing. Even with motion turned off. Sound is good, can hear people coming up drive 30 ft away. Excellent pictures/video. Worth the money.

    The camera was easy to install. Instructions were very good. The pictures it shows are very clear without movement artifact. Sound recorded is clear. Nice to be able to save the images on a micro SD disc with a U3 rating, rather than pay the cloud or some monitoring center. Cameras can be set to be sensitive to movement, animals, or humans.     Chime would not connect
    Camera is fine. A little too sensitive. It picks up every bug flying at night, resulting in multiple alerts, even with the sensitivity set to low. My problem is the chime would never connect. Customer service was not helpful. They only walk you through the steps in the manual. After 5 days of e-mails and phone calls, I’m sending the product back to Amazon.

    Product is good, first day is today. Will continue to update this based off how well it works.Customizable ring, detection modes, camera quality is good. My number one necessity was local storage, 256 GB micro SD card added and no need for cloud BS fees. Wuuk team might have gotten it right so far.Update #2:Almost a month, loving this smart doorbell. It sends a notification as soon something pass it by it, maybe after 1 second! No cloud fees!

Very responsive like I got respond the same day when I asked the question.     It works well. The wiring was easy and the chime has customizable options. You must connect it to your wifi and phone at the time of set up and it is difficult to take off the wall without breaking the casing. Great option on a budget.
