Will this doorbell support 5 GHz WiFi ?
No, it won’t. The WUUK Wired Doorbell Camera works with 2.4 GHz WiFi only.
Can this video doorbell be installed with no existing doorbell wiring?
WUUK Wired Video Doorbell has to be wired to a 16-24V AC doorbell transformer. If you don’t have an existing doorbell system, we recommend that you get a power adapter. You can search the keywords “adapter for wired doorbell” for a 16-24V AC adapter.
Is this doorbell camera work with my existing chime?
No, it isn’t. During the installation of WUUK Wired Video Doorbell, your existing chime will be bypassed and it will no longer work. There is a chime comes with the WUUK Doorbell.
Will this doorbell camera work with Apple HomeKit?
No, it won’t. The WUUK Wired Doorbell Camera only works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and IFTTT.
Do I need a Homebase to make this doorbell work?
No, you won’t. This wired doorbell doesn’t need the homebase to work and you can insert an SD Card to store files locally.
