    The cord is long enough to plugged directly from the inside outlet! Very convenient and definitely worth the money. If you’re looking to avoid recharging the battery this is what you’re looking for!! Have it for months and no issues!

    I was originally running my garage camera/spotlight Ring off a solar panel. The one panel was very sensitive in terms of angles and wouldn’t always charge. It become more evident during subzero temps when the battery just was too cold to charge.This hardwire cable does the job. It’s plenty long enough for my application. I eyeballed the length and it worked just fine. Came with cable holders for routing the power cable. It works great and is high quality. I’d recommend it.

    Mi casa es relativamente grande y aunque tengo expansores de señal de internet, noté que los aparatos tendían a cambiar de señal o volverse más lentos en la conexión con internet. Compre los cables para hacer conexiones directas y resolvieron el tema para el caso de computadoras fijas que se encuentran en lugares remotos. La opción de tener más expansores era una alternativa, pero a un mayor costo. Los cables son de buena calidad y la velocidad de transmisión es buena. Como son cables planos se pueden tender debajo de los tapetes o por las orillas de las paredes para que no se noten mucho.

    El producto es como se ve, se ve aguantador y no tengo la menor preocupación para que soporte estar al exterior. Espero dure mucho tiempo.Ahora bien, yo tuve la oportunidad de comprar 2 cámaras: una ring spotlight plus y una ring floodlight plus. Al revisar el producto dice que es compatible con “‘Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus con video de alta definición…” esto es incorrecto. Yo lo compré originalmente para el floodlight pero esta cámara viene con la preparación de 3 cables para corriente alterna (corriente, neutro y tierra) y adaptador de corriente NO trae adaptador alguno para poder hacer el cableado requerido, sólo viene con un conector USB-C propietario de Ring. NO lo compren si es para usarse con la cámara floodlight ya que no sirve. Para el floodlight terminé comprando una caja conectora impermeable y un cable de corriente para exteriores así que básicamente hice mi propio adaptador. No hago la devolución de este kit ya que le regalaremos una camara spotlight a mis suegros y usaremos este kit.**Comentarios adicionales tras meses de uso**Efectivamente funciona bien con la cámara spotlight, ojalá la página de amazon reflejara esta recomendación y quitara dispositivos que no son compatibles. Adicionalmente para poder mejor instalar la cámara compré un cable extensor del mismo tipo propietario de ring (USB-C pero con un o-ring para sellar el puerto) pero dicho cable dice que es sólo para paneles solares y no funciona al conectarse a la fuente de corriente. Es frustrante que estén tan pobremente traducidas las páginas de producto que no hacen énfasis en cosas que deberían de dejar muy claro, más considerando que Amazon es dueño de Ring y que uno busca comprar los accesorios orignales en parte para no tener estos problemas.
