    Great Philips HUE Product
    The expansion kit is great for anyone that needs to expand their Philips HUE Play Bars. Do remember that the expansion kit will not include a AC/DC adapter in the box; for this reason, you would need to either purchase one from the Philips website, or get their one pack or two pack starter kit.As for the brightness of the HUE Play Bars, they are pretty bright for what they are. Placing them on the stand will give you an immersive lighting experience. However, when installing on a glass surface make sure you don’t use the included mounting tape as this will leave residue. For that, I would recommend using a clear mounting tape which, will not leave any residue. In addition, you would need to download the app for Android or IOS in order to use it with Google Assistant via the Google Home app as well as, Siri via the HomeKit app. Furthermore, you will need the Philips HUE Sync box which is, another $230 purchase. In my option, I would wait for the second generation of the HUE Sync Box to get support for the PS5 or Xbox Series X/S consoles.

    No cord to plug into the wall
    I bought this to take out of town with me. Got out of town unpacked it and realized we need our own I think its a 12v charger for it. It does not come with one. I though maybe I could just hook a cube up to it and use it but you can’t.

    Movie night will never be the same.
    Hue is slowly taking over the smart bulb world. It’s good because prices are slowly coming down.This particular unit maxes out my base for my TV .It’s slot of fun setting it up to react to movies and music.Cons the app still needs work to help stream line setting up rooms with more than 5 lights. They end up cluttered on the color chart.
