    Hue light make wife less mad at me
    I’ve found that if I give my wife light she can change the color on she forgets dumb stuff I’ve done. I have a lot of hue light in my house. so far all of them still work and I’ve had some for 5 years or more. they are expensive so I look for sales and dole them out when I go full idiot and need a bribe.

    It’s a fine little accent light.
    Philips Hue Bloom:I needed a light to wash out errant shadows on a wall in my video call space, and wanted one where I could programmatically adjust the color temperature and brightness. This fits the bill nicely — it’s a Zigbee device that sets up painlessly with Home Assistant, and as with most Philips Hue devices, the color rendition is good.I can see this being used various places where it’d be nice to add a splash of light or color.The main thing I would have liked is if the base were adjustable — it’s a tube cut at a certain angle, and there’s no way to change that, nor an easy way to mount on a wall. It wouldn’t have been hard to provide more flexibility.It also isn’t a problem for my use, but if you’re going to put this on a desk or something, think about where the cord is going to go. Unlike a bigger lamp that might sit at the back of a small table with the cord falling out of sight, this is likely to be somewhere where the cord will be running across a surface. Maybe that’ll bug you. Maybe it won’t.

    We got one but quickly realized that if you have two you can enjoy the beautiful scenes from Hue.. very relaxing atmosphere. Hope the cable at the bottom had a better way to fold it so it was a bit more stable

    Set the mood perfectly
    We needed a little light in the room right off our entry way, but didn’t want a lamp or anything overhead. Two of these positioned in the corners of one side of the room lit up the room exactly how we were hoping they would. We keep it on a warm setting, but you can do a whole spectrum of colors and adjust the brightness as well.

    This is actually our second Hue Bloom light, which we wanted to use in an opposite corner to brighten its dark nature. It’s the perfect indirect lighting that is flexible enough to change with moods and time of day, depending on how you set it up through the Hue app.My photo shows the light in the late afternoon at 58% brightness in a dark blue/purple hue.

    En general se me hace elevado el precio pero vale la pena una vez que lo ínstalas. Recomiendo adquirirlo en algún descuento. Es muy sencillo solo lo conectas a la luz y la app te va guiando para que lo uses de acuerdo a tus necesidades. Puedes controlarlo con asistente de voz como Alexa. En cuánto tamaño no es muy grande. Aprox unos 13 cm de diámetro, no pesa nada por lo que es fácil de moverlo he instalarlo en el lugar deseado.
