Great Product, Ok App, Rough Device Support.
I love these cameras, I have 12 of them around my property. Military vet, and I LOVE my property locked down tight. These cameras have not let me down.I have no issues with the night vision, and it is comparable to others on the market (with more expensive cameras being 5% better with IR, and 130% more expensive). If you need more Infrared coverage, they sell IR spotlights that will fix your problem way cheaper than buying a more expensive camera.The app and settings have their own small issues, but nothing compared to the numerous others I have run through, whose issues were not tolerable. There are not a ton of instructions, but if you do what the app says, and listen for the sound cues, you will be alright.I think the biggest gripe is that if you need customer support for the products you buy, you are more likely to get a credible Vice article than get help from their customer support team. Tried for literally months to get help with their cloud service, and get a couple of simple questions answered. Literally no response 6 months later. My research on their site said they had a separate app for it, but that article is OLD. Their sign up says its directly in the app, but I never saw anything more than what my memory cards were holding, still trying to work that out.Overall, a great buy. The cameras will not disappoint, but their customer service will. Excellent Product
I’ve had these a few years now and have no complaints. Graphics are great both day and night, really good features, very durable and versatile. Set up is simple enough so is installation. Very pleased! I highly recommend

Decent Wifi-accessible recordings with no monthly fee, but the app has some quirks.
I’ve bought several sets for my rental properties in the past 6 months and am generally pleased. Even if they don’t last forever, the price is hard to beat. I opted to purchase 128mb memory cards which allow playback of stored footage without paying a monthly service fee. Set up is fast and intuitive. The power cord can easily be run thru walls to reach a convenient and secure electric receptacle. The wifi signal reach is far better than the 20ft advertised; I have mounted some cameras outside 60ft away from my router with no issues. And the app is decent, but a bit of an experiment since instructions are sparse.But they do have quirks which some users may not tolerate. First, the night recording is very dark in all settings, especially in low light. Other brands provide far better infared night vision. Second, the motion sensitivity is too touchy and can’t be lowered effectively via the app. Bugs flying by will trigger an alert to your phone. And third, watching playback footage stored in the memery card can be frustrating because the camera can be set to either record motion-activated episodes of about 3 minutes each, or non-stop recording, but that’s it and each setting has its drawbacks. As mentioned, the motion activated setting is likely to send false alarms to your phone. Conversely, the non-stop recording setting doesn’t highlight any alerts whatsoever so you have to scan thru ALL footage using an app which doesn’t allow you to fast scan or jump ahead in logical increments. I am hopeful the app will be updated to address these shortcomings. Lastly, the seller is a bit shifty. If you leave a bad review they’ll hassle you.
