Great lights!
I order these because I have other Govee products and they all work great! I order these to use them on my beds to use as under the bed lighting in my guest room and all in all they work great. The length was perfect for what I needed to go the whole way around the frame. They look awesome and appear to be a long lasting lights. The remote can be easy to use and complicated at the same time. Because Iâm familiar with them itâs easier for me to do! You can change the lights to all different colors! All in all great product at an amazing price! I would purchase this product again!

I love these lights! I ordered the other version last year of these lights that didn’t have the protective coating on them; they were so flimsy and very easily damaged. These however are very sturdy, extremely bright, and have so many more features than the other ones via the Govee app.People mention how they don’t stick to the wall well, but I haven’t had any problems with that overall.I got the 65 ft set. A downside is supposedly you can’t cut them so I just put the extra right below the other. I didn’t want to risk messing something up. But I put garland over the lights anyway so it’s not noticeable.I’ve read other reviews on these that talk about the limitations on the segmented sections. I don’t care about doing anything super customized so that isn’t a problem.The connectivity to my Google Home is totally fine. To be fair, our wifi setup is in the same room that the lights are in.When it comes to installation, I put them along the top of my wall with my husband unreeling them as we went, on the floor below. It’s definitely a 2 person job especially if you get the coated strips. They can get quite weighty. I did have to screw in a couple of wall clips (that were provided in the box) to hold up the first bit of strip. I had trouble continuing without doing this first. The strip would just start to come right off from the weight. The box that connects the lights is pretty hefty. You’ll definitely have to figure out where to sit it or hide it.Overall though, it’s still a huge upgrade from the other version of Govee lights so I’m thrilled! I recommend them for the money!

We opted to put ours in a aluminum track with a cover to give a more muted look. These are fantastic though and you CAN cut them, even though it says you can’t. You just won’t have functionality for the part you cut in the app. Cut on the solder joint and make sure you use some hot cut to cover the exposed metal. Ez.Works with alexa. Connects to the app. Dims great. Presets are a bit flashy but it’s fine. Runs automation (turns on every morning 8am) extreme value for money. Only one issue which is that the actions come from the middle so you can’t have a full spiral. And you can’t control each strip independently. They stuck great though and it was very easy to do. I could see so many more uses for this, it’s that verstile. Love govee.
