    Useful lights
    Love these lights! The price was great & so many features. I couldn’t decide if I wanted warm or cool white but with this you can have it all & change it to what you want including brightness. It has an app you can use to control the lights super easy to use & the brightness is what I appreciate the most because I wanted something for cooking to see better below the cabinets. Con: It does not include remote control but you can hit power button on cord or mode button to change (but you have to keep hitting mode for each adjustment. *For me it’s fine because I prefer the app to have less clutter & the app has so many features/ easy to use.

    Best lighting purchase ever!
    We bought these to run the length of a beam in our living room/dining room. That wall of our home always felt really dark. These lights were easy to install, connect to my phone, and added the perfect amount of light to the area! We planned on using them just when e needed a little extra light but the app on my phone is so easy to use we keep the lights on all the time. The app lets you program in the brightness and tint of the lights. Every night I hit the program for 5% soft lightning so it’s like a night light in those rooms and every evening I hit the button to make them really bright so we can see better. This has been a dramatic change in the feeling of these rooms and we are really happy we bought them!

    The controller plug melted in less than a year. Buyer beware!
    Bought two of this product. Once of the controller JST plug melted in less than a year without overloading. Reached out to customer service a few times. Initially they recommended replacement parts to buy from them, then I realized those parts are not compatible. They advice me to buy other controllers myself, the I realized non of the standard controllers work for this particular LED strip. I reached out to the seller again, then they told me their LED strip is customized and I will not be able to find a compatible replacement part. No resolution was provided.I have spent a few hundred dollars to buy the LED, wired, connector; but now I have to redo it all using standardized LED strip and controller. Buyer beware!

    They work well enough
    These look good and are great for accent lighting or cabinetry, where they aren’t directly visible, as long as you use an okay diffuser. They aren’t good enough to use for room lighting because there aren’t enough chips per meter and it looks too much like a cheap sci-fi set. They also will off-gas an ether-like odor the first handful of times they heat up, I would probably try not to let it build up too much. A single meter uses about 3 watts.

    I love warm tones!! Didn’t want the colorful led lights so this is perfect. Got cool/warm tones to your liking. Easy to install, also can adjust brightness, turn on/off thru phone app which is great! && very affordable! Good product
