I installed them under my daughter’s bed to create some ambiance in her room. The installation was simple. You just peel off the backing and stick them in place. They bend easily around corners and stuck well, even to wood.The sections of these LED lights can display different colors, making them more flexible than many of the strip lights that can only display a single color along their length. The basic controls are conveniently located in the power cable, making it easy to change the colors and lighting mode.While the lights can sync with music, adding a bit of fun for gatherings, I find the downloadable app to be the star! It offers a full palette of colors and lets you define the colors for individual sections of the strip lights. You can control how the lights behave, and you can create your own custom lighting effects. There are also a variety of presets available.I did experience some challenges during the initial setup, as the documentation and instructions could be clearer, but it’s worth persevering because once you get them working, you’ll be glad you did.These really are exceptional LED strip lights.
