    Great for point of use hot water
    Installed a point of use hot water tank and use this to disconnect the power when not in use. The Geesen 2.5 gallon heater works like a champ. This cord is heavy duty and works great. I love the fact that the switch is waterproof for added safety.

    Almost Perfect
    I bought this because the switch on my pool pump will not move to the off position. Everything about it is quality. The only thing I would change is the male end to have the cable come straight off the plug. In my waterproof outlet I have to plug it into the top receptacle which means I cannot use the bottom receptacle.

    Not sure why I didn’t buy this sooner. I need to shut off an electric fence every day to feed and I always have to unplug it and the cord starts to pull out. Now I can just flip a switch, it wonderful.

    Great quality! JTSW, many aren’t, but rounded plug
    This cord is great quality and looks like it is built to last. It is also one of the only ones that I feel is genuinely waterproof enough to sit out in the rain. It is SJTW which most of them on here that say outdoor do NOT have the W which has to do with the water resistance/proofing certification. I did find after purchasing this that there is a black version with a normal shaped plug that is not rounded that allows me to plug in 2 things at the same time into my covered outdoor outlet. If you have a waterproof cover keep this in mind otherwise it probably would not affect you. Make sure you measure because one and a half feet is very short being that there’s the box in the middle and a heavy duty cord, so it is not very flexible and could end up shorter than you think. Unfortunately this one being the shape that it is and using a waterproof cover I cannot use both plugs so I will unfortunately probably return it. It mentions Canadian also and maybe that is some of the reason for the shape? The black one I’m referring to has the exact same square box and on off button compared to the shape of the other ones claiming to be water resistant. I hope this helps!

    Works Great on Toaster Over.
    Only thing didn’t like was the bright yellow color. Heavy duty, no heating of cord or switch. Now I can keep my 1800 watts toaster oven off without unplugging.
