• Can Reolink Solar Panel work in low-temperature conditions?
The low temperature will significantly slow down the chemical reaction in the battery of the camera, which may result in the battery being exhausted much quicker than if it was warm.
For the safety of the camera and the solar panel, please charge the batteries in temperature between 0°C and 45°C (32-113°F) and do not turn on the camera if the temperature drops below 14°F (-10°C).
• What may affect the efficiency of the Reolink Solar Panel?
On days with rain, cloud, or snow, the solar panel may not have the capacity to charge the camera fully.
Other factors count too, such as shade, orientation, temperature, and amount of dust or debris on its surface.
Frequent access to the camera or constant motion triggers will quickly drain the battery.

How well the solar panel works depends on several factors: sun exposure, weather conditions, angle, and surface cleanness.
To optimize the performance of the solar panel, you may do as follows:
* Place the solar panel in places with abundant light sources to increase sunlight exposure.
* Adjust its direction so it faces the true south (in the northern hemisphere) or the true north (in the southern hemisphere).
* Wipe clean its surface regularly to remove the dust and debris from its surface.
• The maximum length of the power cord for the solar panel appears to be 13 feet. Can I get an extension cord from Reolink or someone else?
