    Nice camera
    This is my 8th Reolink Camera that I have around my house & duck enclosure. I’ve also purchased 2 for gifts. I didn’t realize this camera has a light & I actually really like it. I have this particular camera by my back door and it’s an added security having the light come on when triggered. I like the wireless connection, app & solar charging. It’s easy to setup , great picture quality & good value.

    It works great!
    We have a few older Reolink cameras a a decided to add a third one. It linked up to the WiFi and started working right away with no issues. We have it outside using solar to power it. Very clear picture.

    Faulty from the box poor customer service
    The app is malfunctioning not allowing me to add my device to it. Contacted the company and Jhune (spelled as he had it on the screen) just kept asking the same questions over and over with no resolve. I did everything he suggested with no fixing the issue. He was not paying attention to our conversation and then just stopped replying. I answered every time he asked a question even if it was the 3rd time. I really just wanted to get it to work. There is not a return option. I just wasted a lot of money.

    Working Well After 2 Months
    I installed 2 of these and a doorbell for my sister-in-law so she would have security around her house. They were easy to install and seem to be holding up quite well. The solar panels keep the units charged. The doorbell is hardwired.

    This was my second camera purchase for outdoor. Works a described BUT I need to get extension cord for the solar panel. Had to mount camera further away from solar panel and the Reolink cable work great.
