The surface must YES: Clean, Flat, Even, Smooth, Temp 65-100 F’
WARNING:

How are Lines mounted to the wall? Are they easy to dismount?
Simply mount your Lines with the attached double-sided mounting tape onto any smooth and flat surface. To dismount, remove the Connectors, and then gently pull the end of Mounting Tape along the wall until fully removed.
Are Nanoleaf lights waterproof?
No, Nanoleaf products are NOT waterproof or water resistant. Our lights and adhesives are not designed to be exposed to high levels of humidity, and are therefore not recommended to be placed in washrooms, near the sink in kitchens, or outdoors.
What is the difference between a Smarter Kit and an Expansion Pack?

No, the Nanoleaf Shapes are not compatible with Light Panels or Canvas. You can connect any shapes together – Hexagons, Triangles,& Mini Triangles. All of our products can operate together in the Nanoleaf App even if they’re not physically connected.
How are panels mounted to the wall? Will they damage my wall?
Mount your panels with the included double-sided tape onto any smooth and flat surface. When you mount them, leave the ends of the tape sticking out from the Mounting Plate so you can pull them along the wall later for a safe and easy removal.

These are absolutely beautiful. I love them. Easy to apply. Stick very well. I used them in a kitchen. They wipe down easily and stay put. They are beautiful. Really upscaled the look of the kitchen. Highly recommend these.

Awesome DIY remodel option
Used these in a 125 yearly old house to cover the plaster walls in the kitchen. 5 layers of wallpaper, and some cracks, and these were the perfect option. Bought a tile cutter to get the measurements, and they slice like butter. Easy to use, and the adhesion is fierce. Make sure to measure twice, once it sticks, it’s stuck! Ended up not being able to get all the same color, so painted all with a coat of primer and a coat of paint, and it looks amazing! Best DIY project in 10 years of fixing up this old house. Highly recommend.

Great quality for price
This was so cute, looks exactly like the photos and easy to use. Only complaint is that itâs hard to cut with just a box cutter and scissors. The tiles are tough which is good if youâre doing what I did and using it for a kitchen backsplash. They also stick extremely well. Be careful while cutting and youâre solid!

Sexy as heck
They are beautiful. So sexy…if a tile can be sexy . I love them. BEWARE. Some seriously strong adhesive. Sticks to the surface IMMEDIATELY. MY son had to use a crowbar and hammer to remove a tile that was a little crooked. It ripped the paint and surface layer of the drywall off. Some of the adhesive was left on the wall..GREAT ADHESION..I know they will Never fall off the wall.. I love them. Will update with a picture when the project is finished..Awesome tiles

Looks like real tile work and easy to install
We love the final look of this product. We initially bought 1 box of 10 and 1 box of five. We ended up ordering 1 more box of 5 to finish the trim which we have 3 extra in case we need to make any repairs (fingers crossed we wonât have to). We are not handy people so when I saw this on my things recommended for you and read the reviews I decided to give it a try. We used a box cutter and measuring tape. Make sure you measure then cut before sticking. It is fairly easy! And we couldnât pass it up because it matches my brown and blue decor so perfectly. Yes itâs pricey considering but it looks like real tile work once completed and itâs not so youâll have to decide. My walls are textured knockdown and this makes some of them uneven but once installed after making the cuts it looks amazing!

Easy and beautiful
Love it, my husband was not on board at first. When he saw how easy and beautiful it came out he likes it a lot now. I put it right over our 30 year old tiles on the backsplash of our bathroom sink area, there is enough room for 2 sinks there, I did this about 2 weeks ago and it looks so much better.

Disappointed!!
Love everything about this product except the adhesion, read the other reviews but I thought that I have never had a problem with anything 3M made, in fact a few weeks ago I put a metal sill plate on a 2008 Dodge Challenger and naturally it didnât line up properly, so I had to reposition it. I believe it would have been easier to take the car apart then to reposition the 3m adhesive that was on the plate. With that said we cleaned the walls and placed the tiles. Everything looked great but then edges started to raise and some tiles actually fell off, so I wound up putting small Brad nails in the tiles that werenât adhering. A lot of money and time for something that didnât perform. The only thing I can figure is that there should be a expiration date on the boxes, tile that went on perfectly later failed. Disappointed

Hard to cut with a box knife. Foil corners come up and need to be glued.

Placed them all carefully on clean MDF board and they just peeled off the thing as one big sheet and fell repeatedly. Spent a fortune on three boxes worth and they’re absolutely useless.
