Do Lines support Screen Mirror and Rhythm Music Sync features?

Yes! You can turn on Rhythm Scenes to see your Lines dance to music and sounds, and can use the Screen Mirror feature through the Nanoleaf Desktop App.

How are Lines mounted to the wall? Are they easy to dismount?

Simply mount your Lines with the attached double-sided mounting tape onto any smooth and flat surface. To dismount, remove the Connectors, and then gently pull the end of Mounting Tape along the wall until fully removed.

Are Nanoleaf lights waterproof?

No, Nanoleaf products are NOT waterproof or water resistant. Our lights and adhesives are not designed to be exposed to high levels of humidity, and are therefore not recommended to be placed in washrooms, near the sink in kitchens, or outdoors.

What is the difference between a Smarter Kit and an Expansion Pack?

Every Nanoleaf Smarter Kit has everything you need to set up the lights. It includes a Controller and a Power Supply unlike Nanoleaf Expansion Packs. An Expansion Pack is an addition to a Smarter Kit which cannot be used without owning a Smarter Kit.

What is the maximum number of Lines I can have in one layout?

You can have up to 18 Lines on a single Power Supply. Use the Power Supply calculator on Nanoleaf website for the exact number of PSUs needed for your layout. You can connect up to 250 Lines in one layout and control them all with one Controller Cap.

    broke after 3 months
    went to turn them on the other night and it’s like there’s no power going to them anymore. out of nowhere. worked fine the night before and now nothing. tried hard reset and plugging into a different outlet and hooking up a different line. glad I spent that money I will never get back /s

    I love these a lot but the only issue is this one line I received. It doesn’t work with red and also flashes sometimes. If the one line worked, I would rate it 5 stars. I am gonna try and see what I can do about this line.

    Not working properly
    Excited to receive these. But during installation two out of the 15 lines were not responsive. Then the processor isn’t working properly. Will not connect or blink indicator isn’t working. The device is not discoverable through the app and try to soft and hard reset multiple times. I’ve reached out to customer support and currently waiting for a response

    Great product, poor customer support
    I bought the nanoleaf lines + expansion pack nearly a month ago and three of the connectors aren’t functioning properly – the lines stop working if connected to them. I’ve been emailing back and forth with Nanoleaf’s customer support since Amazon can’t replace parts and each time someone new emails me requesting new information or that I conduct a different test. The team is inconsistent and each time I email them, I get an email that they haven’t heard from me in a while.

    Broke after 3 months, past return window. one segment is not responding
    It would be great if it didn’t break after less than three months, using it every other evening.One segment flickers and gives random colors.Also, the integration with Apple Home Kit is pretty bad, Nanoleaf generated 50 scenes I had to delete manually.
