No, the Nanoleaf Shapes are not compatible with Light Panels or Canvas. You can connect any shapes together – Hexagons, Triangles,& Mini Triangles. All of our products can operate together in the Nanoleaf App even if they’re not physically connected.
How are panels mounted to the wall? Will they damage my wall?
Mount your panels with the included double-sided tape onto any smooth and flat surface. When you mount them, leave the ends of the tape sticking out from the Mounting Plate so you can pull them along the wall later for a safe and easy removal.
Are Nanoleaf lights waterproof?
No, Nanoleaf products are NOT waterproof or water resistant. Our lights and adhesives are not designed to be exposed to high levels of humidity, and are therefore not recommended to be placed in washrooms, near the sink in kitchens, or outdoors.
What is the difference between a Smarter Kit and an Expansion Pack?
Every Nanoleaf Smarter Kit has everything you need to set up the lights. It includes a Controller and a Power Supply unlike Nanoleaf Expansion Packs. An Expansion Pack is an addition to a Smarter Kit which cannot be used without owning a Smarter Kit.
What is the maximum amount of panels that will work with the included 42W Power Supply?

This was installed in a restaurant and a woman swung a chair and hit the slat wall and broke it easily. Good thing I wasnât done installing the whole wall and had extra. Iâts nice but it is fragile and brittle. Cuts fine with a chop saw. Best for a living room, bar back wall, docile areas with low traffic. Easy to install.

Absolutely Stunning! A whole “lewwwk”
The negative reviews almost discouraged me from purchasing this but I am so happy I took a chance on this.I was looking for a way to “spice” up a wall, think of it as an accent wall. A “wow effect” when you walk into the house. I had already used molding on another wall and was thinking of something else. I watched a YouTube video where an architect used wood panels for sound proofing and I really loved the esthetic.This is one of the BEST projects we did in the home. It is SO easy to install, literally click in the joiners, screw on, finito. The seller/manufacturer is very generous with installation supplies and instructions. We did not use the glue, that would have been a waste of time. Just use the nails/screws.We ordered extra to cover our walls and also cut little pieces as our wall is 96″ high. Cutting wasn’t bad, we used an electric saw and occasionally had broken pieces. But thankfully, we had extra to finish the job. I would recommend the seller sell different sizes in the same width to cover longer walls.It is not flimsy at all and gives a real wood effect. Very lightweight and easy to handle. So far, no slipping or collapse.I cannot wait to hang my mirror and put this look together! (That will be another test of the product and I will update this review with ease of installation. Wish me luck).For now, totally recommended.
