What’s the difference between RGBIC & RGB?
This Lightstrip is Addressable (RGBIC), which means it’s capable of showcasing multiple colors along the strip at the same time! Non-addressable (RGB) lightstrips on the other hand, can only display one color at a time along the entire strip.
Can this lightstrips only do gradient colors?
This Lightstrip can show a single static color and/or multiple colors at once for dynamic motion effects and gradients. You can also choose from a full range of white lighting temperatures, for cool and warm white.
Can this Lightstrip be trimmed?
You can trim this Lightstrip to a shorter length along any of the indicated cut lines so that it better suits your needs. But keep in mind that any portion of the Lightstrip that is trimmed off cannot be reattached.
Can this Lightstrip be extended?
This Lightstrip is non-extendable, so you cannot connect additional pieces to extend the length.

These lights are by far the best addition to any place you want to transform. Not only is this product high quality in hardware but also software. Easy to use and so many functions. Check out the video of the app and see how many options you have for customization. You can trim by cutting along the indicated line on the light strip and it does come with an end cap to cover the cut. If I had two more hands I would give this product 4 thumbs up! ðð¼ðð¼ðð¼ðð¼

BRIGHT, GREAT QUALITY, BUT LACKS THE DEEP BLUE OF PHILIPS HUE
Overall this is a very, very nice lightstrip. The quality is top notch, it’s Matter compatible, and it’s very bright overall.My one gripe is that the blue LED’s are closer to a sky blue than the really deep, almost ultraviolet blue that you get with Philips Hue lightstrips. Most people wouldn’t even notice but 95% of the lights in my place are Philips Hue and after 12+ years with them, I’ve grown accustomed to the super deep blue when you want it. You’ll notice this if have any florescent colors with the blue LED’s turned on. They glow like they are under a blacklight with Philips Hue whereas these barely give you the effect as the Govee blue doesn’t go as far into the ultraviolet spectrum.

I purchased this LED light strip for accent lighting above the kitchen cabinets. We have other Govee lights that weâve been pleased with and these are no exception. A little pricey, but the quality is worth the extra money. Iâd definitely buy again and would recommend.

While I love almost everything about this strip the amount of green on the tunable white chips makes this almost unusable. If using this as a color accent light only (no white) youâll be fine. What was almost a perfect product was brought down by low quality / low CRI warm white LEDs
