My favorite smart plugs
I have used several different brands of smart plugs. These are by far my favorite. They are well built. Set up and connectivity has been perfect every time. I control with my Echo Dots and basic Echo âpucksâ at home. I control from the Alexa app on my phone when Iâm away from home. Very easy to use. Long lasting and reliable. I only had to buy new ones because I accidentally left the old ones behind during a recent move. 10/10 Highly recommend.

So convenient
This little smart plug is wonderful. It took me all of about a minute to set it up to my Alexa echo, and now I never have to get up to turn off or shut off my light. I also have the lamp programmed to automatically turn on at sunset every day, which was really easy to do in my Alexa app. Itâs also great for safety because if I come in and itâs dark in the room, I can use my voice to turn on the light before I have to enter it.I also thought it was really nice that the seller sent me an email checking to make sure that I received it and that I was happy with it shortly after I purchased it. I buy a lot from Amazon and this is the only seller that has ever done that. I really consider it great customer service because it was a simple small purchase of one little plug and they still took the time to follow up and make sure I was happy.I will definitely be adding more plugs to more appliances in my home, and will definitely order from this company again.

Round shape takes up less space than some others
I was very happy with the Kasa Smart plug I had but it’s shape became an issue. It was plugged directly into the outlet behind our full size bed. When we added additional devices and got a king bed that sits higher, we got an outlet extender that was on the larger side. The outlets on it swivel to allow them to be on the front or side. Neither option worked well for the rectangular kasa charger. It was too wide for the front and too long for the side option. This smaller, round charger was the perfect solution. When swiveled to the side, this smart plug has plenty of room to sit between the wall and the box spring. It connected easily with my Alexa app. I have one lamp plugged into it and one plugged into the kasa lamp across the room. There are no issues with the both plugs being used in the same room group in Alexa. I would buy again if I need another round plug in the future.
