    Good camera. It has a good resolution, good night vision and a wide range of vision. You can monitor it with the Xiaomi Home app and works with “ok google”. Good product!

    Great camera, Great app, no cloud subscription required (uses micro SD card)
    We use this for our Coffee Shop and it has worked perfectly. Very easy to install, the app is very easy to use and the best part is no subscription required. Just pop in an SD card and you are good to go.Also, when compared to the competitors, the app is very easy to navigate. We were using Ring before and to find an event at a certain time-frame, we would have to manually scroll through an entire recording to find the event at a certain time-frame. You cannot do a search or a sort by time on the Ring cam.With the Mi, all recording are sorted by hours and minutes. For example, if you want to looking for something at 8pm. Just click on 8pm and then scroll through the thumbnails that is sorted by the time of recording. So easy!The quality of the video is also very clear. I can clearly read the digits on the cash counter from 10ft away. This camera is mounted on the ceiling via USB cable. You can also pan and tilt the camera! Love this camera and will convert all our shops to using the Mi cam.

    Bad notification sound, do not use it as baby camera
    The camera’s basic functions are OK. Camera view is clear but not very sharp during nights.HOWEVER, this camera has a very stupid design: it talks unexpectedly. One night, my 3-month baby was asleep. I looked at him from phone APP, then the APP notified me it needed to upgrade. I pressed the upgrade button then I heard that in the upstairs baby room the camera loudly said something, perhaps notifying people it is upgrading. It was not just a short beep or other common notification sounds but a long sentence spoke by a robotic female voice. My baby was frightened and cried for half an hour.Later I talked to other friends and many people said the camera has other annoying notifications for example if your home WiFi network glitches then the camera will yell that it is disconnected and needs to reconnect every several seconds until the network restores. Which obviously will scare the shit of babies and disturb anyone who put it in bedrooms.So I am about to throw this camera away and turn to other brands. Please do not use it for your baby’s well being.

    Just died all of the sudden in less than a year. Will simply just not turn on anymore. Who has time to deal with warranty issues? By the time I’m finished, I will have spent more time value on this than a replacement is worth. Quality control please!

    Had to return it. It was impossible to connect. I tried two different networks in two different houses. 2.4g. I already own one of these (bought it else where) and it works well so I wanted another one. I’m not sure why this new one won’t connect.

    Ich finde diese Kamera echt klasse, man kann mit Iphone 14 koppeln, es funktioniert klasse, die ist sehr empfindlich und erkennt Person, auch ohne Person. Es erkennt angeblich auch, wenn man Baby weint aber ich habe kein Kind daher nicht ausprobiert.Live sehen ist möglich bzw um zu gucken, ob alles in Ordnung ist.Man kann auch weniger empfindlich einstellen.Man kann einstellen, dass die Kamera nur auf Person mitdrehen, wo sie hingeht.Nachtsicht, funktioniert auch klasse.Wer nicht Abo für Cloud zahlen will um unbegrenzte Videolänge und Datenverlust zu vermeiden, reicht auch Speicherkarte (Kein Abo). Wer nicht Speicherkarte oder Cloud mit Abo will, das funktioniert auch aber nur 9sekunden Aufnahme und jede 3Minuten (Man kann einstellen, dass es später als 3Minuten).Qualität ist super.Die ist definitiv besser als der anderen Marke die ich gekauft hatte, dort muss man Abo zahlen sonst ist es nur Live zu sehen.Ich würde die auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.

    La verdad que yo tenía indiferencia por esta marca pero la han callado la boca. Tiene una calidad increíble una definición buenísima y se maneja perfectamente desde la App. No es compatible con HomeKit pero no lo echaras de menos. Se instala en minutos.

    Comprata per controllare i gatti in casa, devo dire che è ottima, la qualità dell’immagine sia di giorno che di sera fa vedere tutto nel dettaglio e il movimento ampio permette di controllarlo ovunque.Ogni tanto il movimento non è fluido facendo qualche scatto ma è così raro che succeda, a meno che non vi sia poca rete o ci si connetta in tanti, che non ci si fa nemmeno caso.Comunque il prodotto è ottimo e lo consiglierei a tutti.
