    This window mount is a must
    This window mount is a must for window cameras. It works great! Without the mount the camera picture quality is fuzzy at best. The picture color and clarity is very good when using the mount. There is an optional adhesion for the perimeter square. It is very sticky and works great. You don’t necessarily need to use it if the camera is placed up against the window. Not using the adhesion allows for move ability if need be. The black mount is discrete in the window and is perfect for HOA community standards. It’s very easy to install. The night vision becomes especially clear when using the mount.

    Fantastic accessory for Wyze camera
    I tried for a long time to get a camera on my back porch/entrance. Getting power was too difficult. I decided to get this and try mounting it inside on the window. Works great. There are some things to remember.1) It’s straight ahead not mounted high and aiming down. So, to get the best view of my back porch, it had to be mounted quite low. There is an ANGLED version of this, but I’m not sure if it’s made by Wyze or a 3rd party.2) Make sure you LEAVE NIGHT VISION ON; but make sure you turn the night vision LIGHTS OFF. Also, make sure the camera indicator light IS OFF. These will reflect in the glass of the window and the camera won’t be able to see out. With Infrared ON, Lights OFF, works great. The night vision, as long as it has some ambient light, works great. I’ve yet to not have SOME light for the IR to work good. The only time you really need the IR lights on is if it’s a pitch black environment, like an indoor building, no windows, no lights, pitch black. In which case, there wouldn’t be a window mount, so you’d leave the IR lights and camera power light on.Use it for the way it was meant, and it’s great.

    I’m getting some amazing sunrise pics thru my window
    Works great… getting some amazing pictures. The reason I’m giving this product 4 stars is for 2 reasons:1 – My camera has a mini flood light on it which I had to disable because I get a massive glare with my window mount2 – it uses an adhesive so I imagine if you don’t get your camera window mount aligned just right on your 1st try… the seal might not tolerate subsequent attempts. Best analogy I can give is, positioning this item is much like installing a cell phone screen protector (maybe a little easier). Multiple attempts to apply it could leave you with unwanted bubbles or dust in between the sealI would still recommend this product because its affordable, it pairs perfectly with my Wyze 2000k cameras, and it allows me to place my camera anywhere on my window

    Great for WYZE V3
    Great device. Holds my v3 perfectly. Easy to use. Sticks to the window well. I can put my camera in and out of it with ease if I want to move the camera temporarily. It does help with the glare.However, I made a stupid mistake and didn’t think about the my double-paned window I wanted to use it for, so it’s completely useless during nighttime.But the window at the front of the house only had one glass and it works great there.Highly recommend it for normal single-paned windows.

    Great little camera and Easy Setup
    Setup took me less than 15 minutes (including unpackaging) and setup worked the 1st time!I am using it inside with the window mount pointed outside thru window so I don’t have to worry about where to plug it in outside….my outlet is right below the window!

    Quality Flexible Silicone
    Because this mount is made with soft silicone, it provides the camera with some isolation from sound and vibrations on the window. This helps with audio and video performance. It holds the camera very well and looks good, with the perfect shape and size to cut reflections from the window. The sticky pads are CRAZY sticky and will not come off without considerable force, which usually damages the sticky pads. So, make sure you clean the window well and align the mount carefully before making contact with the window! Another thing to keep in mind… this mount does not allow for any tilt of the camera. Several of my cameras need to tilt downward, so I’ve had to make some elaborate black card shapes to accommodate the angle and eliminate window reflections.

    I have this fixed to an upstairs window and use to record a Timelapse view every day the weather looks interesting. It’s great because the views can be stitched together seamlessly as the camera is always in the same position.Going to set another up to record the garden through the year.Also works great as a front of the house security camera without the infra red lights enabled
