Suitable for price
This works as it should, and is definitely worth the price. Some things to emphasize would be that it isn’t the best at motion detection unless the person is standing directly in front of the camera. I have one on both of my doors, and the camera does not register human presence when I have any packages delivered. When my brother comes over to let my dog out, it doesn’t tell me about it until he’s actively opening the door. So for security purposes, I wouldn’t rely on it at all. Rather, I would only use this for monitoring who is knocking on your door/ringing the bell prior to opening.

It is a big size and one color. The size made hard to place it. The sensors are super sensitive. It picks cars driving past my house and my neighbors in their yard.The lasted about a week and the charging process is slow.

I have been get a bunch of packages delivered lately. So I needed a doorbell camera to warm me that someone is coming up the entrance. The doorbell isn’t needed, but is a plus. So far it has maintained a go charge depending on traffic.I had a few failed notification, but I feel that it had to do on how they approached the door. But I fixed that with a few other cameras.But overall the camera/doorbell has worked fine for what I needed.

Hardware is great, software hamstrings the experience.
Comparing it to a much more expensive system seems unfair, but basic functionality really needs to be stepped up some.I’ve had it fail to notify me that someone was ringing the bell and had it flag about half of all passing cars as people approaching my front door, though I’ve been through the settings over and over trying to cut that sort of thing down it’s still too eager to tell me that something is going on outside. when there absolutely is nothing of note going on.The hardware itself is solid, the image quality is crisp but the software is just lacking so much that it undermines the entire purpose of the product. All in all an underwhelming product with a lot of promise.

I have purchased 4 of those cameras, none of which to format the SD card and use the the local storage function. And you can not get a hold of anyone by phone. That was a completely waste of my time and money. Thas for nothing.

This is not the ideal doorbell for me as it doesn’t sync up with your typical go to’s i.e. alexa/goog. Anyway, good luck with their app as I don’t find it to be very inviting or easy to use, but you can use this and it will work for some. Clips can be saved direct to the doorbell card but just not what I wanted.
