Great lighting for TV
This product is great for the price. I was able to attach it without too much frustration. I can’t get the app to pair with the lights, but for us that was ok. They are set to turn on and off with the TV. Using the little remote is tricky too, it doesn’t really do much, but we’re fine with the basics. If you want to be able to change the settings a lot, you might have some trouble. Or it could be user error!

Only 2 sides worked! No refund or exchange
I installed this as per the directions and the first time using it, it did work… second time only two sides lit up. I checked the cable and it was basically torn at one of the corners without even touching it at any point. The cable is so paper thin, like toilet paper. It’s not a good product and when I called for an exchange they ghosted me. I have always had luck with amazon returns/exchanges, but was just past the window and they did nothing for me. Definitely not buying this again. Never write reviews on amazon but got angry when they didn’t even respond to my emails. Choose another one.
