Only Half Good
Bought this to use with a corded night light in my daughters’ room. I have several of the single outlet style from UltraPro, and they have been easy to set up and use. I wanted one that could control two lights on one command, while also being able to toggle manually when our youngest is already asleep (Alexa likes to scream sometimes lol). I don’t know if I got a dud, or if all units of this model have a faulty design, but only one outlet worked on the one I received. Had to buy two single outlet ones to make it work out. It’s a very cluttered setup and I’m very disappointed. Makes me wonder if I should stop buying this brand all together

Alas, despite installing the UltiPro app, moving all devices to the same 2.4GHz network, reading and following the instructions, I still can’t control the switch from my Google Home display. Instead, the Home app informs me that none of the devices linked to my UltiPro account are compatible.You had one job, UltiPro.
