    Can withstand a hurricane!
    I wanted an outdoor timer that was easy to set up. This is the best purchase I have made AND hooks up with Alexa so I can control it if I want to! We just endured heavy rain and wind from the hurricane and it kept our string lights plug dry and had no issues! We got the 2 plug and I’m so glad I did so at Christmas we can plug in 2 diff lights and each will have its own on/off schedule. 12/10 would recommend to everyone!

    Amazing Customer Service! Great Product!
    I bought this to control myOutdoor patio lights! Easy set up and great quality! With any product you can have a malfunction and the way the company handles it makes a huge difference! Mine did malfunction after three months. I sent an email to customer service on 7/24 when it stopped working and I couldn’t reset it and the response was quick and courteous. They walked me through a few troubleshooting steps and it was determined that it was faulty! I already received the replacement today 8/2 and I’m sending the original back so they can research to see what happened. I 100% recommend this to anyone looking for an outdoor smart plug! It’s made by a company that stands by their product

    Very useful remote lighting control.
    Great for remote controlling indoor or outdoor lighting. I’ve used this plugged into an outdoor outlet for six months to control a string of incandescent landscape lights. I can control it from the app or through Alexa. I really like the Alexa voice control. I’m using the non-dimmer version, but there is a dimmer capable model listed that may be useful if you have incandescent or dimmable LEDs.

    Overall good, just a bit odd with how it actually connects
    This is a great unit & was just what I needed for my backyard, with 2 outlets that could be controlled separately. I really like that it has an enclosure for the outlets & set up is pretty straightforward.The main issue I ran into is it doesn’t seem to actually communicate with the app on your phone over your wifi, which seems to be the main point of having it connected to the wifi in the first place.Once I set everything up it functioned fine on its own, but I would receive notifications that it was having timing issues each time it was supposed to be working. If I checked the app in a part of the house that was far from the unit itself (while still being on the same wifi network) it would show that it was offline. Once I got close to the unit, it would show online. That tells me the phone is connecting via Bluetooth and not over the wifi network since distance between the phone & the unit shouldn’t matter if it is over the network & I have other wifi enabled devices (my landscape controller) in the same area of this outlet.So it sends error alerts if you are not close enough for the phone to connect to it directly & It also sends alerts if you are away from the house and would not be able to connect to the unit at all even it it was communicating via wifi. Even though I was getting these notifications when my phone wasn’t directly connected to the unit, the unit WAS still functioning & running through its schedules when I would walk out and check though.So in the end it works and does everything I need – I would just suggest setting it up & turning off notifications to leave it like any other non-“smart” timer. Still worth getting if you need a nice enclosed outlet timer that can control the 2 outlets separately. Just set it up and treat it like a standard timer and turn off the notifications once you have it in place.

    Don’t Last Stays On Until You Unplug It.
    We have had 2 of these and they both failed in the same way. The last unit only lasted 3 months.I have it on a Daly schedule to turn my 110 volt pool pump on and off. At 3 months I noticed the pool pump was running when it was supposed to off. Same as previous unit. It has to be unplugged and wait 5-10 minutes then plugged in again and it may work for several days or only 1.Unreliable so it’s useless.I do not recommend.

    Compatible con Tuya y Smart Home. Llevo como 2 semanas usándolo en la intemperie, incluso en condiciones de lluvia y neblina, y no se ve que le afecte. Las series y adornos navideños conectados los tengo programados para prender y apagar en cierto momento del día con respecto a la salida y puesta del sol, haciéndolo muy conveniente para no tener que estar prendiéndolos y apagándolos manualmente.
