No, the Nanoleaf Shapes are not compatible with Light Panels or Canvas. You can connect any shapes together – Hexagons, Triangles,& Mini Triangles. All of our products can operate together in the Nanoleaf App even if they’re not physically connected.
How panels are mounted to the wall? Will they damage my wall?
Mount your panels with the included double-sided tape onto any smooth and flat surface. When you mount them, leave the ends of the tape sticking out from the Mounting Plate so you can pull them along the wall later for a safe and easy removal.
Are Nanoleaf lights waterproof?
No, Nanoleaf products are NOT waterproof or water resistant. Our lights and adhesives are not designed to be exposed to high levels of humidity, and are therefore not recommended to be placed in washrooms, near the sink in kitchens, or outdoors.
What is the difference between a Smarter Kit and an Expansion Pack?
Every Nanoleaf Smarter Kit has everything you need to set up the lights. It includes a Controller and a Power Supply unlike Nanoleaf Expansion Packs. An Expansion Pack is an addition to a Smarter Kit which cannot be used without owning a Smarter Kit.
What is the maximum amount of panels that will work with the included 42W Power Supply?
The maximum amount of panels per included Power Supply is 22 for the Hexagons, 28 for the Triangles, and 77 for the Mini Triangles. If you are ever in doubt, check out the PSU Calculator on our website.

Overall a very nice setup. Clean and easy.
Pretty easy to set up, nice and bright but like a soft bright that doesnt mess up my eyes while im gaming. An attacable controller to sync ur auido to, which is pretty chill. Comes with sticky strips like one would use for a poster to attach to your wall which is nice as these are very light weight and the strips remove with out leaving a mess.Box it came in was nice and neet well packaged which is always nice when dealing with tech. Everything was baged cleanly organized.(Fyi the blurred screen is my doing to help keep privacy, done with sketch on my phone)

Awesome product
These work really well and the setup was super easy.SUPER BRIGHT! Was able to light up my whole basement and comes with different dynamic modes that make the lights change color and dim brightness.I see a lot of reviews complaining about the app, but it works PERFECTLY for me, sounds like a skill issue. The app is unbelievably easy to setup and allows me to control the lights without using the remote on the device itself.

I ordered these for my boyfriendâs office. Yes they can be turned on and off by Alexa but Alexa cannot change the colors. Itâs incredibly stupid and inconvenient. Not at all the functionality I was expecting. Get the Govee ones instead.

these lights were incredibly easy to set up, and they look amazing! there are a few different light settings, and they’re super bright. i bought them for my boyfriend for xmas, so i don’t really know much about the app it syncs with, but he loves the lights too!!

glitched after a year
These lights came with it’s own adhesive strips to adhere to the wall, they’re crap. They fell off after a few days. I used my own, and they haven’t fallen yet. It’s been a year. And after a year, they start to glitch out on you. They still light up and are bright. But after a half hour, they start doing their own light show. It’s not bad but annoying. For the price of these, I wish it came with stronger adhesive strips. Easy to install and good quality otherwise. They came packaged professionally.
