Works perfectly
I needed a cheap repeater and this fits the bill. It was easy to add to my HA setup and does the trick.

Good value
Zigbee and self hosting are a priority for me as I have no intentions on using some app hosted in china just so I can turn on or off a light. No, really… china has no business knowing when I turn my lights on or off. These are a good value for the price and the zigbee works as it should. Plug it in, pair it with your zigbee controller an bob’s your uncle. I’ll be picking more of these up as I expand my system.

so read my biased review
These come under several different brand names.. I’ve been buying this type for several years and I feel like one manufacturer makes them because they all last about a year or two and then quit. Then, when you want to re-buy them.. they are a different brand name. However, the price is right, I use them daily so they get a lot of use. They connect quickly to hue or smart-things or alexa. They are best used with smart-things out of those three options.

Easily the best ZigBee plugs I’ve had. Can’t stop buying them.
Disclaimer: I have only ever used these with Home Assistant.I went with these after repeatedly trying to order ZigBee plugs from other vendors and weirdly only ever receiving WiFi plugs. These are, at the time of ordering them over the last 2 years and now, the cheapest option available, and I’ve had no issues pairing them or using them. They are now the only brand I really want for smart plugs. The range seems to be better than some of the more expensive ZigBee bulbs I have. My HA server is in a far corner of the house, yet it reaches my garage with 0 issue and no other device in between. Currently, I have these directly on outlets and on power strips, powering some box fans, standing lamps, and 4x LED shop lights in my garage. I have yet to find anything you can plug into it that causes electrical issues (Though there is almost assuredly a limit to how much current you can draw through this thing). The only nags I have are things I’m willing to live with, but you may not be. You cannot stack two of these on the same outlet. This is what made me consider the rectangular form factor in the first place; but I really haven’t encountered a situation where I really needed two on the same outlet.Additionally; if you use these in an area where someone will be sleeping, the blue LED can be a bit bright. I have mine sort of hidden behind a dresser where it doesn’t bother me, but you might want to tape over it.In general; really, really good for being the cheapest option out there. I have about 12 now, though I’m sure I’ll end up with more.

Nope. Does not work with Alexa or Echo (4th gen)
The plug size / shape is great and was a big selling point for me to try them. The small size/shape helps reduce the space taken up on a multi-plug outlet that is a problem for the KASA block box designs (EP10, HS103, etc). However, unlike the KASA smart plugs, these are never found by Alexa / Echo (4th gen) as advertised. However, my SmartThings (ST) app found and connected to them quickly following the very limited instructions inside the box. I also tried installing the eWelink app and linking it to Alexa. Again… nope, Alexa can find squat devices… even though the eWelink plugs show up in SmartThings app and the eWelink app, both linked to Alexa/Echo. Since another big selling point beyond the small footprint was integration with Alexa, I give this ONE STAR. Yeah okay, I can use them thru ST but telling Alexa to turn on the lights is not happening with these. If this matters to you… avoid this product.

Works for my needs (including Hubitat)
Inexpensive and works well with Hubitat (generic zigbee outlet – driver).

Did not last more than 5 months while powering a box fan
I am guessing the amp draw for a fan running though it, killed it. it currently will not allow the fan to come one anymore. The unit still clicks, still shows up in Home Assistant, but does not turn on the box fan. I am guessing it burnt out. Someone else posted about printed circuit boards, and that someone should not try to run more than 5 amps though it. I have not looked, but sounds plausible limitations with my experience. Will spend more money on different units.

Effortless pairing
Iâm got these for use with a SmartThings hub and found that they were so easy to pair. Plug them into the outlet and they will immediately be discoverable in the SmartThjngs app where they can be setup with one click and youâre done. They work exactly as advertised and are much cheaper than competitors (often half the price). Iâve used several other brands and these paired easier than any including SmartThings own outlets and they are just as responsive when manually controlled from the app or as part of an automation. The only downside I see is the indicator light is fairly bright. I use one in a bedroom and it throws a bright glow in a darkened room. I used a bit of electrical tape to cover the light and problem solved.I highly recommend these and Iâm looking for something else to automate so I have an excuse to buy more!
