    Bright highly efficient smart bulbs with temperature control. Made a big difference in my room
    I replaced my existing LED bulbs with these on smart light bulbs because they not only allow control of the lights through its app but I can also adjust the brightness and light temperature to suit the environment and time of day. In the past, I’ve spent extra for bulbs with RGB color options, but I’ve realized I rarely ever end up using the feature. So, I now much more value smart led bulbs with high lumen brightness (900 lumens at 8.5w) that offers a wide range of temperatures (27k to 65k) like these.Comparing these bulbs to my previous ones, I was surprised to find how efficient these bulbs actually are. Just based on specifications, these are rated at 900 lumens while drawing only 8.5w compared to my other bulbs that are rated at only 800 lumens while having a higher 9.5w power requirement (see my pic for comparison of specs). I was immediately able to tell how brighter these are when I replaced 2 of my room ceiling lights with 2 of these. I was just looking around the room and was amazed at how everything just seemed more vibrant. I then experimented with the temperature settings and discovered that I much prefer the warmer temperature for my room environment and settled on 3000K, which created a much more inviting atmosphere than the bluish light I had before.I should mention that 2 out of 4 bulbs seemed to have some issues with the latest firmware update (1.4.3). Even after successfully completing the update, they kept blinking time to time when connected to wifi. Thankfully these bulbs also have a bluetooth option for connection, and switching to bluetooth connection after resetting them resolved the blinking issue. I’ll wait to see if the next firmware update fixes this issue, but for now, the bluetooth connection works just as well for me in controlling the lights.The bulbs these replaced had been used in my room for years, and I was surprised by how much difference the right light temperature can make in my environment. My room is now not only brighter but also feels warmer, more inviting, and just generally more pleasant.

    I Found These LePower-Tec Smart Bulbs Very Easy To Setup With Their App And My Wifi Network…
    I found this LePower-Tec Smart Bulb to be one of the easiest smart bulbs to work with from Amazon, their Prodigytec App allowed me to pair their bulb with my Wi-Fi Network in no time and the App is so simple to navigate so I’m able to change the Brightness (Lumens) from 1% up to 100% which in this bulb’s case equates up to 900 Lumens as well as the Color Temperature which can be set from 2700K (Warm White) to 6500K which is similar to Natural Daylight. Personally since I’m in the Winter of my Youth I prefer the 6500K throughout my home as my predominant lighting and when I’m away from my home or just in another room I can turn it off or on remotely, so if you’re looking for more flexibility in your home lighting as well as added security then I can recommend that you give these LePower-Tec Smart Bulbs a try… I’ve included two pics of my new bulb at work with it set to maximum brightness between their Warm White and their Daylight color settings in hopes that it would reflect the great amount of flexibility you will have in these LePower-Tec Smart Bulbs.

    Works good but would be nice if it didn’t flicker with a three-way lamp.
    Initial setup was simple. You use the downloadable android or iOS app and your wi-fi and Bluetooth. After the initial setup with the smart bulb app, you just click the icon in the lower left corner called “my” in the smart bulb app and then click the Alexa icon (or Google if you want to connect to Google home). It will instruct you the rest of the way. I was up and running with voice commands through Alexa for this light bulb pretty fast.The one drawback that isn’t specific to this light bulb but this light bulb has this issue also, is that if you try to use it in a three-way lamp, it will flicker. The lamp I wanted to use is a three-way lamp in the bedroom and it flickers at anything brighter than about 22%. The instructions mentioned that if you want to dim the lamp, you need to use one of their devices for dimming otherwise you will get flickering.

    Mixed Feelings
    I have mixed feelings about this light bulb. Installation was fairly easy, though I ran into some trouble with the wireless setup and ended up using Bluetooth instead.The dimming feature, temperature adjustment, and various light modes are quite impressive and add a lot of flexibility to my lighting setup. However, I faced a couple of major issues that dampened my experience. First, I couldn’t figure out how to integrate it with my Apple Home app, possibly due to the wireless connection problem. Second, the app itself is quite frustrating. The firmware update process took nearly an hour and then failed, leaving me stuck. Another downside is that once I turn the light off using the app, I can’t seem to switch it on manually the next day, which is quite inconvenient.Overall, while the different light modes are a nice touch and being able to control my lights from anywhere in the house is handy, these benefits are overshadowed by the app issues and compatibility problems. I’d think twice before buying another one unless these issues are addressed.

    Nice warm glow
    The bulb emits a warm glow of light rather than anything too white and sterile. Flattering to the colors in my room and to me. Seems well made but I haven’t had it long enough to have an opinion of the lifespan.I like having the ability to control the bulb via Alexa as it makes it easier to coordinate with other lighting in my home. If I am away from home later than expected it’s great to be able to turn this and other lights on so that aren’t returning to a dark house.The lightbulb arrived in a well packaged box complete with basic instructions. I appreciated that the bulb didn’t make a tinkling noise when I removed it from the box; nothing had shaken loose.Nice addition to my home and plan to buy a few more.***I will try to remember to check back in a few months to update the strength of the light and whether it dims over time.
