    Compared to my other smart switches, this is the nicest looking of them all. Works with a very light touch which makes it feel even more elegant. It also happens to dim the lights well 🙂

    Nice When Utilized as an Automation
    Works great through Alexa. Had no problem running it in routines or through the app. I find it annoying that the switch has to be turned on before the brightness can be adjusted. The light isn’t the most responsive to being manually turned on. When trying to adjust the brightness at the same time, I’ve found it’s easy to shut the switch off again inadvertently. This happens often enough that it’s annoying. I think the switch is better suited for a room or lights that aren’t being used every day or are utilized in automation.

    Does not perform as advertised.
    Really disappointed with this dimmer.1. Despite advertising excellent “trailing edge” dimming with led bulbs, this is the worst performing one I have installed. Anything under 60% has a distracting and noticeable flicker even after calibrating. Might as well not be a dimmer at all.2. Description of Alexa integration was a little misleading as well. It is not a direct integration. It does require a Tuya app to control and connect with Alexa. Not a big deal, but not clearly described at the time of my purchase.3. Shape and profile is exactly the same as my old Wemo dimmer. Very boxy, bulky and the plastic screw holes wear very poorly when fighting for a flush install.4. No action or haptic feedback. This is strictly touch and not flex or motion. Makes it more challenging to adjust with your fingers.If it was more expensive or not already installed it would most definitely be getting returned.DO NOT recommend.

    Update: The seller of this product issued a credit for the two bad switches.the original switches and one of the three new switches work just fine / no issues.In the end, customer service came through.I now have six of these switches, the first three worked great, no issues.I ordered three more, two of the three will not work.On top of them not working they make it impossible to get through to customer support of any kind.By any other switch

    Will not Dim below a real 50 Percent
    Was excited to find a Smart Dimmer Switch in black for my media room. My previous “manual” dimmer did a great job of taking bulbs down to a very low light source percentage. This switch, however, did a terrible job in the dimming range. I would estimate the last setting on the switch (and 1% on the app) was only a 50 percent reduction from full bright – waaaaay too bright for the lowest setting on a dimmer switch.
