    Work great and stay connected
I wanted to replace some 2 gang switches we had that were in the bedrooms- one switch controlled the ceiling fan, and one the light. We got one installed in one bedroom- we found out that one one had a neutral wire, which is required for set up. The others, my husband has planned to run a neutral wire, but it’s on the honey-do list a year later. What I can say though, is that we connected this a year ago, and connected it with Alexa and it has stayed connected. We have never had it lose connectivity with the wifi in a year. Impressive! Now if only I can get my hubby to run some neutral wires and install the rest of them….

    Thinnest smartswitch I could find
I got this because I wanted to install a smartswitch in an outlet box that had very little room, and this switch is only 0.9″ deep. That measurement is correct, and I was able to install it and integrate it with Alexa and the Samsung Smartthings App.The only caveat was that the smaller box means smaller screws and attachment points, all fairly densely packed, so it takes some care to install without the wires touching when pushed back into the box.

Works ok, but SMART implementation could be a lot better.
Looks exactly as advertised. One reviewer indicated it doesn’t show SANA anywhere, but it does on the box label (see pic). I don’t care that it doesn’t say it on the device. In fact, I prefer that it doesn’t. I won’t buy a switch that has the company name blazed across it. Ugh… This one is clean and simple.Installation went well, and I had no problem setting it up for remote monitoring/control in my smart app. But that’s where it got a little disappointing. My only complaint is that when it connects to smart app, it’s connected as one double-switch, rather than two separate switches. Since it’s attached in smart app as one device, with two switches, if I just click on it (in the app), it turns on (or off) only the switch that has the network indicator light connected (the other one is ignored, and does NOT indicate when on via the primary indicator in the app). Also, if that switch is “on”, then the entire switch shows as “on” in the app. Toggling the other switch either physically or via the app causes no change in the icon.To impact the secondary switch in the app, you have to long-press on the device to view the status of both (or all three if this were the three-gang) switches, and from there you can turn on or off each switch individually. But still, only the primary impacts the icon at the main screen (see pics). Poor design, in my opinion. I’d like to give 5 stars, but can’t with this deficiency.Shouldn’t be a problem to make this show as two separate switches, rather than one. Meh… Call me lazy, but isn’t convenience one of major points of these of these devices?Otherwise, no complaints. Blue light (bottom in the orientation I used) shows network configured. Green light on each switch shows when it’s on. I have it mounted in the kitchen in a 3-gang plate, and it fits well. Sorry for the shadows in the pics, but hey…light casts shadows. :)Update: twice in past 4 days the device has disconnected from my network, and I’ve had to reconnect it. First time had to cycle my wifi router to get it to connect. Second time it reconnected right away. But each time I lose the “name” of each switch. Quite irritating. I’ve got over a dozen other wifi devices and switches, from several different manufacturers, and have never once had any problem with any of them (aside from them generally being difficult to install due to their size). Starting to get irritated with this device. If it keeps this up I’ll likely be returning it and definitely updating my review…

    Hard to find good switch
It works well with Alexa and hard to find double switches in single gang box not glass front

    Great unit for the price
There aren’t many smart double switches available. Blown away by the quality for this price. Works great and probably will purchase another.

    Perfect
Bought two, one-gang, double switch units. Both worked as described and easy to install. The units are a bit tight to fit in the outlet box, but that’s typical with any switch (dimmer, timer, etc.). Make sure that you will be able to connect the white neutral wire to a white neutral wire in your outlet box. Do not assume that all outlet boxes have the neutral wire in every outlet box; they don’t! I checked first, found it in both boxes, hooray! They work perfect with my Alexa integration. You need to set up each switch separately and can name each unit and each individual switch to whatever you choose. For the money, it was a perfect choice for me.

Does not stay connected – do not buy.
4/25/2021 Update: When I ran the tests below it re-connected in every instance. However once again, I’m 1000 miles away, and it is disconnected. Don’t recommend this unit unless you can be local to re-program it when it disconnects from the Wifi network. Reducing my rating to 1 star. DO NOT buy this product. None of my many other smart home devices ever disconnect.I using this to control a house remotely, and I’ve had this thing disconnect once or twice and not re-connect. Going to run a Wi-Fi power down test and a 120V power down test, both a 1 second flicker outage and 1 minute outage and see if it re-connects and I’ll report back. I don’t understand why this unit and the other one on Amazon, the one by Youngzuth are identical; the Youngzuth one has many more reviews which makes me think it may be the original unit and Sana is the knock off? But the reviews under Youngzuth also talk about re-connection issues. If it does not re-connect will spend 3X the money on a Lutron.
