    Better than I expected, and no batteries to replace. Video quality exceeded my expectations. A nice add-on to the security cameras already surveilling the property… however, the wind chime tone alerts the dog when someone is approaching nearby, causing five minutes of intense barking and growling. It’s his whole house warning system that Prime, USPS,, UPS or FedEx is arriving. Other than that, it has been problem free. Warnings can be scheduled off in the late evening hours and overnight. Simple installation. Highly recommended, unless you have a grumpy Maltese. Oh, and also recommended for back or man doors,

    I love this faceplate. The one that comes on Ring doorbells is functional, but kind of unattractive—at least on my home. The top half of my home is painted dark brown and the bottom half is white brick. The front door is a beautiful hand-carved door stained a dark brown. This faceplate looks so much nicer than the one that comes with a Ring doorbell. They really should give you a choice of faceplates when you order rather than having to incur an additional cost, but oh well. I’m pleased with how it looks.

    Amazon acquisition for ring was genius. What other camera do you see that u can decorate the frame with different designs lol. Ring is such a long term business model and i give them comparisons to the apple iphone lol. The way you see everyone with iphone is the way youll see everyone with ring products.. Please someone let me know what other camera doorbell is more common in america? They could have easily just made these colorways available when purchasing the doorbell but instead they keep the solid color option and make the rest of designs only available as an add-on purchase. Dont hate the player, hate the game.

    Firstly, this fits the doorbell fine and the product is not defective, however, this is just a cheap piece of plastic that is horribly overpriced. For the price, I would expect something solid and metal.

    I don’t think it is necessarily worth $20 but if you want your doorbell to match your door frame it’s worth it. Matte finish is nice and it appears weather-resistant so far.
