    Wire works well but loose connection. EASY FIX NO TAPE OR GLUE
    I just bought this wire so I can extend and hide the wire behind the wall for my 75” gradient Hue light for my 85” TV and works well. To fix the loose connection all you have to do is get a wire stripper and cut the extra rubber on the female portion of the wire. The maker in China made the rubber too long hence every time you plug it in it doesn’t stick. NO NEED for electric tape and gorilla glue 😂

    Definitely does what is supposed to do.
    if you need more length for a hue light, these will work just fine. I have a few play bars on a shelf that are pretty high and far away from the outlet. Well, this extension does the trick to give me more than enough length to reach my play-bars.

    Don’t waste your money or time, get the OEM instead…
    I tried to use this cable and ended up throwing it away, did not even return it. Thankfully they sell the OEM extension and I decided to buy both of them at the same time. I tried to use it in the 1st run and tried it two different occasions, just in case i used or plugged it wrong. I though it could be the power brick or something since this cable was Brand new or maybe even the LED strip…Then i tried the OEM one and in the 1st run, it worked no problem.I don’t like to write bad reviews, but honestly i was very disappointed with this item.

    I have over 50 lights for my business and have had used hue for 5 years. I thought I would get a cheaper substitute for the OEM. What a piece of trash. Flickered and then went out. Return window closed.

    This cable worked to extend my Hue lights, but both the male and female connectors were very loose and the cables would fall out with little effort – I used a touch of super glue and electrical tape to keep them connected. This was expressed in other reviews and is worth calling out. In my opinion, you’re better off paying 2x more for the Genuine Philips Hue brand.

    The particular one I received it if you don’t press hard enough or you pressed too hard, the lights don’t connect. It’s very loose compare to the official Hue one so in order to get it work properly you have to make sure once you have it light up make sure to never touch it again or it might loose connection again
