Missing parts
I have no dc power supply cord to start can’t install it with out it I’ve called and emailed with no response, I guess I’m returning item , can’t review camera but it still asks to review , so 1 star.Update, reolink customer service has come through with exceptional service, I will be making more purchases in the near future, thanks

Missing parts – works perfectly otherwise
The required DC charging cable was missing. Also there was only one wire nut. Reolink customer support is terrible. I requested the missing power cable and they just told me to buy one myself and they would reimburse me. They recommended an adapter that puts out 12V but the instructions clearly say 5V is required.I bought a 5V DC adapter and tried that, but there was no response. Then I bought a 12V DC adapter and it worked. I was able to configure the camera.Edited again: got it installed and used it the last two days. The app is easy to use and has lots of controls. Image is very good. My initial rating was one star since I couldn’t even configure it. Now 4 since it does work very well, but it was a lot of trouble to figure out how to get it working.

Amazing 180 degree view with a bright spotlight
This is the 4th Reolink device I am using and like the others this one does not disappoint!The camera is excellent and provides a full 180 degree view! Comes with infrared lights for night vision in addition to the very bright spot lights. The lights can be aimed in different directions for maximum coverage.This model comes with the option to connect it directly to a 110v connection with a junction box, so you can use it instead of your existing spotlight. If you don’t have a spotlight you can pick up a junction box with a plug and install it anywhere you want (I find it easier than messing with an outdoor 12v plug.) As others have mentioned it doesn’t come with the 12v plug that is needs to setup the camera – but I had one lying around and was able to set it easily.It comes with 2 large antennas to maximize wireless connection, but also comes with an Ethernet port that seems like a better option if you can manage it since, at 4K with 180 degree picture, you are sending a lot of Data over your wifi, and I prefer to have something like that wired.

Everything is perfect, but…
It’s great that Reolink finally updated the Duo Floodlight to support junction box hardwiring, since I already have a floodlight that needs to be replaced. However, the package is missing an important part: power cord (which is REQUIRED to initiate the WIFI setup because it needs LAN connection and power supply). It’s also missing a few wire nuts. Fortunately I had some other devices that use the same type of power cord so I can proceed with the install. Everything else is great. Floodlight is bright, duo cams provide super wide angle, and it works perfectly with Synology Surveillance Station.Be sure to check your parts before install!

Very Nice Camera, Very Wide Field of View and Bright Floodlights.
Like others have lamented, the camera requires a 12 VDC power supply to setup, but none is supplied. Fortunately, I had one in a junk box that allowed me to setup the camera. Once setup is complete, it is no longer needed. Setup was a breeze and the app works fine and is easy to navigate. All-in-all, the camera is great with a very wide (180 degree) field of view. One thing that is not addressed in the manual and maybe Iâm showing my ignorance but I couldnât get the camera to point down the way I had it mounted. I was lamenting the problem when my wife heard me, she said why donât you just turn it over? The camera has mounting holes on both sides, so turning the entire unit over and then mounting the camera using the hole on the other side works just fine. I felt a little foolish that a girl had to show me my error. Anyway, the camera is mounted and it works fantastic. The image is crystal clear and the lights a surely bright enough for me. After I had the camera mounted, and all was working well, my wife wanted the app on her phone. I really appreciate that the app will generate a QR code for me to scan with her phone to set it up on her phone. Iâm very satisfied with the quality of construction and the image quality. A++
