    Great low pitch head
    Great for a rock drummer or someone who likes that deeper sound. These heads are can take a serious pounding too. I’ve been playing for 12 years and this head for the price is almost unbeatable if you’re into rock, maybe R&B type of drumming. They have a nice low pitch sound I wouldn’t recommend them for certain genres but for rock or something requiring a lower sound these would work perfectly!

    Great Snare head
    Bought to use a batter head on a 13×7 Pearl Maple Masters Complete snare drum. Is a great replacement for the China made stock heads that come with the drum. Durability seems great so far.

    Good head for snare
    I put this head on a Grestch Catalina Club Mod Mahogany snare and it has a nice snap to it. I don’t have much experience with drum heads, but this one sounds good to me.

    Great price on this item.
    I recently re-headed all my drum sets. I decided on Remo Pinstripes for my Premier Genistas. The English built Genistas are birch and are, therefore, quite loud. The pinstripes toned them down to a beautiful mix of volume and warmth. The local drum shops don’t carry any heads for my 8X8 tom, but the good folks at Amazon did – and at a fine price. Bravo!

    A great snare head.
    A great snare head. The Remo coated heads last much longer that other coated brands. You can really tune this head very tightly to get a great POP, and nice ring.

    I bought this because I augmented my kit with a Yamaha bop set that had factory Remo UT skins. They are not good at all. Tune terribly and sound thin.The pinstripe coated and pinstripe ebony skins on the rest of my kit have lasted since I replaced UT skins in my first kit bought 12 years ago.They are that good.
