Excellent product, very well made and does what is says.
Do not listen to others, who obviously hadn’t even looked through the box before leaving their reviews. This can either be installed with double-sided tape (the stickiest you have ever seen) or with INCLUDED SCREWS and template. Solid, loud, very good looking on your door, and 100% realistic. Says the word “Philips” right in the middle. Big companies like Philips are not usually in the business of making decoy products. No one will ever know. Get several.

Great doorbell
The motion censor light and great range are nice features. Like most products from Philips it appears to be a quality made product. There are a ton of sounds to pick from for the bell. The mounting for the doorbell is only via the included sticky pad, and so if you are trying to install on stone like I am (or brick too I imagine), there no great install option without some creative planning. I wish there were also screw mount options like on the speaker portion. What I will likely do is craft a same-sized wood plate I can attach where my original doorbell was installed and stick this one to that plate. Assuming you have a smooth solid surface to attach the sticker, you should have no issues. Note this takes a lot of batteries, but hopefully thatâs simply to provide a long cycle before replacing them.I also wish they would add a small red led on the camera that triggered from the motion sensor. Without it the camera appears dead. (Only a dim down-light comes on for 2-3 seconds.) Overall if you want an easy security-looking doorbell this isnât a bad one.

Good decoy for price
Easy set up. Loud even on lowest setting. I like how the blue LED circle light glows when someone even is by it.Actually looks like a ring camera.Love it so far.

Great for college dorm
Bought this for our son’s college dorm. Door bell part works great, but his friends and visitors doesn’t know the camera is a dummy camera. It gives a sense of security when he is not in the room.

Added security
So glad I decided to give this a try! The dummy camera has fooled everyone that has come up to it, and Iâve even had a few people try talking to it thinking it was some sort of ring doorbell haha! The install was super easy and best of all.. itâs very affordable!

great doorbell without wiring and very affordable
When I initially ordered this, I thought it was a camera (“security” got me) with a doorbell, but then I saw the price tag and realized it couldn’t possibly be both. I will say this is incredibly well done for the current price of $20. I was kind of lazy in setting this up but had the batteries in the “camera” portion of the set and it was face up on my entryway table for weeks. Each time I’d walk by, even though I was not very close to it, the “camera” would light up blue which just goes to show how great this device is. Sometimes a decoy (in addition to other security cameras I have) are just as good. I personally don’t think it’s very apparant that the “camera” has a doorbell feature, but it has a good range for when the doorbell goes off and the receiver will light up and the volume can be ajdusted to your liking. I like this because sometimes I forget stuff on the way out and don’t feel like finding my house keys, so if I can ring the doorbell and its heard upstairs where everyone usually is, this helps me be a bit lazy! Our house is old so hard wiring a doorbell has always seemed unnecessary but this setup is just perfect! Very happy I’m now team doorbell. This does take a lot more batteries than I would like so it would be great if future versions had a USB – C option. Also, the batteries on the “camera” need to be accessed by removing a screw which is at the bottom of the camera. I am not looking forward to unscrewing that to change the batteries out. Just envisioning this, it seems it will be a 2 person job.
