    Easy to use compatible with Smart Life app
    I was looking for a smart switch, this was very easy to set up, and there are several options to control it I just happen to use this art life app which I was using for other Wi-Fi devices, the extra bonus is that there are 3 switched receptacles if you want to do different sections or zones it’s ready to go. I only needed one but it gives me a chance to expand to 2 additional areas very easily, this works very well with a low Wi-Fi signal I have and at first I didn’t know that it would work but works very well from a very far from my router with no problems, I would recommend this to anyone needing a Wi-Fi controllable switched receptacle.

    Works Perfectly with SmartLife App and Can Control Outlets Independently!
    This Smart Plug outdoor 3-way switch is exactly what I was looking for for my outdoor fountain. My fountain has two power cords – one for the fountain and one for the lights.I wanted a Smart Plug that works with WiFi and Alexa and that offers independent time scheduling for each outlet. Most of the Smart Plugs out there only allow you to set one schedule that applies to all of the outlets. This works with the SmartLife App, which I already use to control all of the Smart Plugs in my home, so adding this outlet switch was super-easy.This Smart Plug allows me to schedule my fountain to turn on at 6am and off at 9:45pm, and the lights turn on at 6:30pm and off at 9pm, so it’s fantastic! When I need to clean the fountain, I just ask Alexa to turn off my fountain and she does her thing. I absolutely love this Outlet Switch and highly recommend.

    Works on a 1.5hp pool pump
    Worked right away on 1.5hp pool pump, and didn’t blow fuses. WiFi access and scheduling is great, wasn’t sure if my WiFi would reach out to the pool, but does fine. Allows renaming of outlets.

    Overheated and Difficult to Program at First
    I purchased this to run my pool pump which is a 15amp circuit. I used this on a 12/3 extension cord and it will overheat. I installed this on the plug end as well as in the power supplying plug and still had overheating issues with it turning off. I wasn’t aware of this until I was home at the time it came on and it was turning off and on outside the programmed setting. The app that you program it with is somewhat misleading. I programmed it to turn on between 1200pm and 3pm figuring that is what it would do. You have to create 2 separate tasks to actually make that happen. 1 to turn it on and 1 to turn it off. Once I figured that out I was good. The timer runs off of mtn time and I was unable to adjust that in the app so I had to just calculate that into my programming. Since it continued to shut down, it serves no use to me for the intended reason I purchased it and it became a waste of money. Now if you have a pool pump that runs off way less amperage than it is rated for it may be a great item.

    It is SWEET — but a bitch to set up
    Wow, when combined with Alexa, this is AI (not at all in its infancy). I set it up to control a waterfall fountain (they make them for use in back yards, in bedrooms, etc.). Yeah, you can use your phone to turn it on and off. But what’s really cool is linking it with Alexa and telling her to “turn on the waterfall” or to turn it off — from any position in the room or adjacent room. And I also set it for what time to automatically turn it on in the morning and what time to turn it off, for any specific day or every day. BUT you need a lot of patience or some good tech support because there are three apps to deal with using instructions that look well organized but are not always clear and may be difficult for some (like me) to follow. Took me a day and a half and some great tech support, but it got done and it is amazing ! Works exactly as advertised.

    Yaye I now have an automated pool pump
    Works great with my 2hp pool pump, the schedule feature allows you to set it and forget it. I will most likely order more in the upcoming months for Christmas lights and as needs arise for items that require activation from across the globe. The app is simple enough to understand and the ability to turn things on & off from your phone really makes it’s a pleasure.

    Sucede que si manualmente habilitas un enchufe a traves de la app, y luego lo apagas, y si posteriormente se va la luz del hogar, el enchufe que fue habilitado manualmente, se enciende. Entonces, si no estas en casa, se te va la luz, y ésta regresa, el enchufe que habias habilitado manualmente en una ocasion anterior, se enciende, y si tenias conectado ahi una bomba para llenar un tinaco, vas a desperdiciar mucha agua. Asi que no lo recomiendo para conectar bombas de llenado de tinacos o cisternas.
