Nilight LED 60W 4″ Pod lights
These babies installed easy under the Main bar of my tube bumper. They proved to be frickin brighter than my headlights. I Tested them as headlamps, it worked perfectly. The button wire needed 3 more feet. But no complaints. Luv these babies.

3 thumbs up for the brightness & price!
The black ones said they would fit my 2007 honda 400ex but these red ones did not. I wanted the red ones to match my bike so I bought these thinking I’d mount them on the 1″ front bumper with this mount kit for $17 on Amazon.Auxbeam Light Bar Mounting Bracket Kit 1 inch Bull Bar Roll Cage Clamps Mount Clamps Universal Holder Kits for Led Hid Light Bar Jeep Wrangler Trucks Off-Road (2 pcs)Decided I’d rather put them on the handlebars so They’re more of a spotlight. My handlebars are 7/8″ instead of 1″ though. I tried wrapping the supplied adhesive foam pads with black tape to make up the 1/8″ but it was sloppy. Luckily I’m a machinist lol so I made some aluminum adapter bushings. Worked out great, pretty sturdy, probably even better on the correct size mount bar lol. Just hope I never roll the bike lol!Drilled a .812 hole in my aftermarket handle bar indicator plate (where the key, neutral, & reverse lights are) for the switch after wiring everything, which was a breeze with the supplied harness! Put heat shrink tubes over the connections and then black tape for good measure! Much better than the factory headlight, took my first night ride last night! 3 thumbs up for the brightness & price!! Hopefully they are really waterproof! I snugged down the bolts on the housings a bit, fingers crossed!

Good price for a decent light
I bought the 60 watt LED light cubes along with the wiring harness. The wiring harness- Pros: very good quality terminals, wire, and the plastic surrounding the wire is very thick and durable. The rocker switch included works wonderful, and snapped right into the hole in my dash I drilled.Cons: One of the light wires were way too short, by about 2 feet. The switch wire was about 12 inches too short. I installed them as ditch lights on a 2013 Chevy 1500, but I think they would be too short for even the average car/suv. I had to extend the harness with my own wire, luckily I had plenty. The lights themselves-Pros: Very wide angle, mounting wasnât terribly difficult, seem very sturdy and durable, wiring hooked to the lights was enclosed in a thick, durable plastic.Cons: Do not have much depth, can not angle them upwards at all due to the way that they are designed. Some people might think they look âbulkyâ although I do not.Overall, itâs not a bad buy for how much they cost. I am very satisfied with my purchase, as I was not expecting them to shine to the next county over. If you want that, go spend 200 bucks on some KC lights. For 30 bucks all together, you canât beat this deal.Personally, I think this would be perfect for mounting to tractors, lawnmowers, or even for work lights on the back of a service truck.

Nice lights
I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend. He put them on his Honda and likes them very much. He says that he can see much better on his foggy morning commute. Installation went well and the price was good. I would recommend this product for anyone that finds themselves driving in areas that are not well lit at night or foggy conditions.

Price
Installed on roll bar mounts in front of the mirrors on my Honda TalonR. Lights work great for flood, the spot throw is not very long but I bought these to be flood lights. have washed the machine several times and no water intrusion as of yet. I hope they last as they work great for the price.

Good, bright floods, poor spots, short harness leads, useless brackets, cost-effective.
Review for a set of Nilight LED 60W 4-inch Flood Spot Combo Auxiliary with Harness Kit â installed Jan. 2023 on a 2017 Toyota Rav4 XLE.VIDEO: Low beams alone (factory Sylvania Halogen bulbs) vs. low beams plus Nilight 60W flood/spots.This is my third set of LED auxiliary lights. I installed two other sets of LED auxiliary lights on another vehicle using a pre-packaged light kit (lights, relay, harness, switch). This set is the first set installed on my Rav4. I installed these directly to the Rav4âs battery, running the harness through the firewall and adding a Toyota factory-style in-dash switch for a factory installed look. I installed the lights under my bumper using bolts on the underside of the bumper so that I would not need to drill holes. I didnât use the Nilight red on/off switch. I adjusted the lights against a wall to ensure proper alignment prior to the first use.My initial impression while unboxing is that these lights are well made, the LEDs appear to be a combo of flood and spot LEDs and the harness seems more than sufficient for the job it needs to do.I purchased these combo spot/flood lights most importantly for the spot feature to get more down-the-road reach as compared to my low/high beams on dark, unlit roads, and secondly to get some additional close-in flood light to the side of the vehicle to illuminate the shoulder and sides of the road as well as to widen the illumination while turning.Light quality â Flood Illumination: These lights are rather bright, VERY, VERY white (compared to non-LED factory headlight bulbs, i.e., Sylvania Halogen bulbs. The flood beam pattern is intense and circular/oblong directly in front of the car with some spill to the side of the vehicle doing a very nice job illuminating directly in front of the car and a decent job illuminating the side of the road. The flood portion field of view is wider than low beams, with the majority of the intensity concentrated directly in front of the car, with acceptable reach. High marks for the floods.Light Quality â Spot Illumination: The spot beam pattern is muddy, poorly focused, and definitely not a âpencil beamâ, with not much intense reach beyond the low beams. The pattern seems to illuminate everything, including the trees on both sides of the road. Low marks for the spots.Installation of Wiring Harness: First, Nilight makes a great harness (I have 2 installed). The harness is very well constructed, with heavy-duty plastic shielding, high quality fuse holder and components. However, I was rather surprised and disappointed that I needed to extend the leads to one light by almost 12-inches. I might understand if I had a full-size pick-up truck, but I have an average sized crossover SUV. The light leads need to be longer. The lead from the main harness to the relay is also WAY too short, by about 12 inches. I didnât want to drill a hole in the engine compartment, so I was able to barely reach the only nearby battery frame bolt to mount the relay on. The relay lead needs to be at least 12 inches longer than the batter height to give installers some options on relay placement. The wire to the on/off switch was just barely long enough to reach from the firewall (left foot) to the dash switch blank, just inches to the right of the steering wheel. If you plan to mount your switch near the center of the dash you will probably need to extend it by 12-18 inches. Very low marks for the harness. Order one of Nilightâs longer harnesses separately or the extension kit and save yourself some a headache.Installation of the Lights â Brackets and Ability (Inability) to Mount: The mounting bracket included with the set limits the range of installation options. It was not similar to the brackets included in my other two (cheaper) sets. The other sets allowed enough room to be installed in areas that are not completely flat, which these days, most vehicle bumpers are not. With the Nilghts, unless you are mounting to a 3âx3â flat area (square bumper, flat surface, etc.), you will need to modify or fabricate mounting brackets.I installed mine under the bumper using a bolt on a underside of the bumper. The bumper mounting bolt I used is indented in the curved underside of the bumper. Due to the install location, the included light bracket would not sit flat nor allow proper adjustment of the lights. Luckily, I had a couple old brackets from older LED lights that I had replaced after one failed. Strangely, the cheaper ($15) 18-watt Nilight similarly styled light set does include an almost exact bracket to the one I used from the old set. It allows for an easier and wider range of installation surfaces and also allows for more adjustability. No idea why they donât include the more useful bracket with their more expensive lights.Installation of the Switch: If you are willing to drill a hole somewhere in your dash, the red on/off switch is both ideal and plug and play. I have one in my RV and it is easy to use and high quality. The switch light when on is not too bright nor distracting. However, I wanted a Toyota in dash, factory-style fog light switch for a factory-installed look. I had an unused dash switch âblankâ so my factory switch fit perfectly. For some reason, the Nilight on/off switch uses hard(er) to find (smaller) spade connector terminals. I checked three auto parts stores and Home Depot for a male connector that fit the harness terminals. They all carried larger sizes (as did my tool chest) but not the size needed. Therefore, I had to cut off the harness terminals and use another type of connector. Again, sad Nilight didnât use a more standard connector for customers that use different switches that use the most common sized terminals. The Pros: 1) Low cost, 2) good design and construction, 3) very bright white flood beams, 4) high quality harness. The Cons: 1) Rather poor quality spot beam pattern, 2) short harness leads that needs multiple modifications to add additional extension splices causing a higher risk of failure, and making the install more time consuming and complex, 3) poor mounting brackets.BOTTOM LINE: I would think these lights would be ideal for slower moving vehicles, such as 4-wheelers, tractors, mowers, etc., or for lighting a stationary work area from a work truck. These might fine as floods but may not be the best if you truly need a combined flood with an effective down-the-road spot auxiliary light that excels in the “spot” category.Overall Rating: I give these lights (initial impression) as a flood/spot light – 2.5 stars. If rating as a flood/work light â 4.5 stars.I will update this review after a few months of use to see how they hold up.

I was very impressed with the quality of these lights for the price, not only is it crazy bright but the different modes are nice, also seem to have a very durable build to them. Definitely recommend if you are considering getting pod lights comes with all the hardware to install even a switch. Amazing value!!
