    This light switch is very attractive and works great with Alexa and the Smart Life app. It is easy to install and setup, but realize that you will need the Panduit cover plate if you are installing this in a two gang box (which you most likely are if you are buying the double switch). Wiring is simple, but, you must connect a neutral wire (typically the white wire in the US) to this switch. There a pretty good chance that your existing switch has a black wire coming in and going out of it. One is the Line (voltage from your electrical service panel) and one is the Load (power passing through the switch to your light). Your neutral wire might just be stuffed in the box, in which case you will have to run a wire (a pigtail) to that bundle of neutral wires (probably white) to provide a neutral for this switch. You can pair this switch using the Smart Life app, and then rename the switch whatever you like (eg. Bedroom, Man Cave, etc.). Through the Smart Life App, you can control each switch individually (and name each switch), and see whether it is on or off no matter where you are. Using Alexa to control this switch, you can only turn both lights on or off (no independent control of each switch). For example, if you have a ceiling fan with a light in it (wired separately), you can turn on just the fan or just the light with the app. Using Alexa, it’s all or nothing. For my application, the ceiling fan has the light built in and runs on one circuit and is controlled by a remote, my second switch controls a switched outlet that has other lights attached to it. You must have a router with a 2.4Ghz network in order to use this switch. Which you probably do if you are using Echo dots or firesticks in your house, so no worries. You can even use your FireTV or FireStick remote to turn this switch on (even if your TV isn’t on), if you do not have an Echo nearby. I hope that this review helped someone decide whether or not to get this switch. I personally love the switch.This is the adapter you’ll need to fit this into a two gang box. Don’t waste your time looking for something else that will work, I looked high and low.     Great quality dimmer, easy to install, beautiful look
    Bought these for my home theater lights, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that on turning them on or off, they slowly glow into brightness and dim slowly to black, instead of ‘snapping on and off’. Perfect for my theater. Be advised that, if using these with LED lights, the LED’s don’t have a dim setting below around 15% brightness. So the lights, if off, will ‘snap’ on to around 15% brightness, then slowly and smoothly brighten to full (or wherever you had the brightness set the last time the lights were on, as it remembers this and goes back to it again the next time you turn them on), and when turning them off, they dim slowly and smoothly down to around 15%, then snap all the way off. I wish this wasn’t a thing, but I believe it’s more a product of the cheaper LED’s I use, as opposed to any flaw in the design and operation of this switch. Either way, love these switches, and I’ll be buying more of them for use elsewhere in the house. Oh yeah! Alexa works great with them, too. Just be ready for the little snap, and there’s like a 3 second delay before the switch responds. So tell her to turn the light on once, and wait a few seconds before barking at her again because it seems like she’s not responding. LOL

    Works great!
    I bought three of these units but one was not working from the get-go…My licensed electrician installed it and ones that worked immediately connected and functioned with the wifi and associated app on my phone. Took about a minute.I contacted the seller about replacing the one defective item and within a short time, they gave a complete refund. Great service.I had ordered a replacement while they addressed the defective item refund. All in all, quite happy with the product and even happier with the service.

    3-Gang Switch: Easy to install and program
    First of All – this item is sold on the same page as a dimmer (its a separate option when buying). At first glance, you may see the headline for the dimmer option and ASSUME that this switch is also a dimmer. IT IS ONLY A SWITCH with no dimming functions.That said – it looks great and the slots on the bottom to insert wires are easy to understand without instructions. Clearly labeled L. L1 L2 L3 NYou need to have a neutral in order for it to work. I have a very old house without neutral, so handyman had to pull one in from another outlet.Easy to pop the glass plate off for installation with a screwdriver.Also – you need to use very flat headed screws to secure the switch to the box – or the glass face-plate will not snap back into place. Make sure that its seated securely before letting go – since it is glass.Download the app was easy. Connect to internet was fine. First couple of times that it downloaded updates it was able to turn the light on/off during the process but got an error that it could not complete the process. After 2 or 3 times with the same message, I took a break and tried later and all went fine.Setting each switch was fairly easy. You have to set two times for each switch – one for on and then the second one set for off. You could add additional settings if you wanted to turn light on and off at several different times each day. Easy to set for a specific day or check off all days.I’ve had this for a week now and seems much easier than other switches I installed in the past.So far – very impressed with this stylish switch.Now – if they could make a 3-gang that also had a dimmer function it would be AMAZING!Based on this experience I would recommend and will look at their other products.

    Una vez que se tiene el neutro al alcance es muy facil de hacerlo funcionar y funciona muy bien con alexa y Google home.Batalle bastante en configurarlo en un inicio en smart life o tuya smart, ya que estaba introduciendo la contraseña de wifi en minusculas y nunca me dijo que estuviera mal la contraseña, una vez que intente volver a poner la contraeña (1 hora despues) se configuró muy bien y no me ha dado molestias.Si no se tiene internet de todos modos funciona solo que no se podrán usar los programas IF, pero manualmente si responde.Use uno para controlar la escalera, aun cuando no es específicamente para esto. Solo conecte la corriente y el foco a uno de estos y en el otro solo la corriente, configure que cuando se prendiera o apagara cualquiera de los 2 switches mandara la señal al otro interruptor para que se pusiera en el mismo estado. 4 reglas en el tuya smart y quedo funcionando como switch de escalera. Hay videos en youtube de como hacerlo mejor explicado de lo que lo estoy haciendo.Recomendado.

    Excelente producto hasta el momento. Llegó a tiempo, completo y todo fue relativamente sencillo de instalar desde eléctricamente hasta la app y su configuración con Alexa. Viene un manual dentro de la caja que te explica las conexiones eléctricas. Sí ocupas el cable neutro que por lo general viene en color blanco en una casa mas nueva. La mayor complicación fue al colocar todo dentro de la caja chalupa ya que es algo ancha. Bajas la app de smart life y creas un usuario, buscará una red y le asignas la de tu modem, luego buscará el switch y podrás encender y apagar de la app smart life. Para comunicar con Alexa ocupas bajar el skill de smart life en la app de Amazon Alexa e ingresar el usuario que habías creado en smart life para vincular tu info. Ya dentro de la app de alexa configuras los nombres de los switches y wuala a disfrutar desde fuera de tu casa o acostado en tu cama el encendido y apagado

    El producto es bueno, ya tengo mas de 3 meses usándolo y me sorprende, es de ventana de Vidrio templado, cabe en una chalupa común, claro solo con los cables que pide, se ajusta a entrada de cables de hasta #10, aconsejo el #14 o 16 al final es Luz y es LED. necesitas el Neutro y no hace falta Tierra física, La instalación es sencilla pero la configuración un poco complicada, pudieras creer que esta malo pero es conocimiento de la configuración, para configurar aconsejo primero recatear “ya sabes oprimiendo varias veces el botón de link” y luego proceder con la configuración. lo bueno es que cuando se va la luz, te avisa con un mensaje al celular que no esta funcionado, ademas que guarda la ultima configuración que tuvo es decir encendido o apagado. En general Buen Producto.

    Los interruptores de 1, 2 y 3 botones funcionan muy bien y son muy fáciles de configurar.Incluso la integración con Alexa es también muy sencilla y funciona muy bien.El acabado de Cristal templado se ve muy bien y tiene muy buen diseño.Estaba tan contento con el dispositivo que compré para toda la casa y funcionan muy bien.El único problema que tuve es con el interruptor con Dimmer. Ese de plano no funcionó como yo esperaba. En un inicio puse focos tipo Vintage Dimmeables y estos parpadean mucho al momento de bajarles la intensidad a menos del 100% (al 100% encienden bien pero la finalidad de este interruptor es poder bajar la intensidad de los focos.) Posteriormente cambié los focos pensando que ese sería el problema y puse focos LED Dimmeables y nuevamente tuve el mismo problema.Ya revisé las especificaciones del dispositivo pensando que había excedido la capacidad de Watts pero no fue así y menos con los focos LED que son de muy bajo Wattaje.
