    Rear plate is wider than standard single gang boxes.
    Could not make this fit in older plaster wall opening even when I enlarged the hole.The back plate is non-standard, there are no pig tails, only euro style screw terminals.

    It’s just okay
    Definitely wanted to love this product because of the design and how cool the black glass looks on the wall. Having said that, I really felt like the installation was challenging even though I had Electrician putting it in and the instructions were horrible along with the Alexa connectivity being very poor. Contacting customer support is challenging because they’re in China. I did get through to someone to help with the connectivity but I figured it out on my own. My only advice to whoever is going to use this is to make sure that you are using the right app. Which is very confusing because that’s not really describe very well for the buyer about which app to use. And secondly if connectivity is still a problem turn off your phone reboot and turn back on and go back into the app. That’s what works for me. Good luck.

    Make sure you check the size of your electrical boxes!
    Got all the wires hooked up and tried to install the unit in my electrical box only to find out that it wouldn’t fit. It was WAY wider than the dimmer switch I already had installed (and that switch was pretty wide also). Not only is it wide, but the wire connector set screws are on the side of the unit as well and they stick out making the box even wider. If you were to try to force it into the box (my electrical boxes are made of metal), the set screws would make contact with the side of the metal box and set off the breaker switch! These could be DANGEROUS.

    I have other wifi switches control other things and the 2 more light switches are the only ones that don’t stay connected. Not worth the money

    Great switch when they work!!
    I have purchased several of these switches for my home. They look great and work nice just some of the time. I have had to replace several switches because the back light does not light any more up or the dimmer switch just stops working. Tech support gets back to you quickly but the language barrier is difficult. Tech support just doesn’t understand what I am explaining. They don’t except the explanation that the switch is broke or not working or not functioning like it is supposed to. Very difficult to get a refund or a rerun on your switch when they stop working.
