    Flawless home improvement
    Upgrading home to be more “smart” and this reliable, functional, easy to use, capable device was exactly what I was looking for. Have someone constantly leaving lights on? Forgot to turn lights off before bed and don’t want to get up? Want to wake up to lights already on and not having to search in the dark? This product is for you. The capabilities are endless with integration with smart homes. Create schedules, scenes, remotely turn off/on, this device does it all.

    Straightforward to install DIY, works great!
    Took exactly one try to wire up, install the app, install the smart hub, connect the app to the smart hub, add a switch and the Pico remote to the app, and operate. Everything worked great. Am not much of a handyman with electrical stuff, but have replaced bad outlets in the past. So I was pleasantly surprised that everything worked just fine on the first try.Was even able to install a second switch for a light operated by two separate switches on different ends of the room; I opted for a single Lutron dimmer switch in one location, while keeping the existing dumb switch in the second location. While this does require re-wiring the dumb switch, the Lutron-provided video guided me through with minimal issue (I did goof this one on the first try, but totally my fault, as the video clearly explained what to do and I just messed it up…but then it was no issue at all to realize what I had done and correct it). I then added this second switch to the app in 15 seconds, easy peazy.This is my first experience with Lutron products, and I love the fact that I didn’t need to run a neutral wire to any junction box or hire an electrician at all. Highly recommend!

    The paddle style is a big upgrade
    I was using the older button style lutron smart switches. These were reliable (I literally never had an issue with them for years), but kind of annoying to find the buttons in the dark when you don’t want or shoulsnt need to use smart features. But I just moved, and grabbed a few of these paddle style smart switches to start at my new place. These fix all of the problems of the button style. I assume they’ll be as reliable, but functionally, they’re a massive upgrade. I love the spring loaded paddle style, and the ability to set a one touch dim level is great. The only thing not to love is the price.

    These Lutron pico switches are still the easiest and best to work with even though you need Wi-Fi for this one it was still a nice easy set up and works extremely well. When you need to switch in a different location this is what you need

    Best Apple HomeKit compatible lights
    I have my entire house now set up with these lights and they are a game changer! Installing them took some basic electrical knowledge, but nothing that sometime on YouTube can’t teach you. After that set up was a breeze and they work 100% consistently with Apple HomeKit. Way better system than the Phillips hue lights, which you can never turn the light switch off or they stop working. Definitely recommend!

    Works great, but slow sometimes
    The system works great, was easy to set up, and seamlessly integrated with some Caseta switches I already had without the hub. The app works great but takes a lot of button presses to get to the light controls. I only wanted a single light control on the app so there should be the option to toggle it on the home screen with a single press if that’s how I want them laid out. Surprisingly, using the included remote is the slowest method to turn them on with a good 1-3 second delay before the lights turn on. Overall very happy and the price wasn’t too unreasonable for a long-running name brand

    So far so good
    I bought this because the Kasa (2) switches I bought failed after about 6 or less months – one right after the other. They are a bit deeper than the Kasa switches but was able to get it to fit with a little more nudge. Thought I would hate having a separate hub to control my light switch but it was easy to set up and install. If this lasts longer than 6 or more months I’ll buy more of them.
