    95% reliable app was great till ads were added.
    Big to set in a crowded box. Running a paddle fan on it…..it failed twice….contacts close …you can hear them click no power applied to fan . Ordered a third we will see how long it lasts. My home is a smart home and I have no issues with any products. Easy to.install in an uncrowded switchbox.The app works well. I do not like that they added advertisements to the app which is annoying. I recommend the product. The app use to be good till thr greed took over.

    Easy to install and use
    This light switch is easy to install and control with the Leviton app. I have programmed it to turn on at dusk and turn off at dawn. Using the app I can turn the light on and off when I want as well. I have used other smart switches from other brand companies and they were not as easy to install or control, the last ge one I had only lasted 7 months before dying.

    Other brands need not apply
    Installed these in 3 of my houses now, and they always work great. Only SLIGHT issue is, if you lose power and they turn back on before your WiFi is back up, they may get a little confused. But still 1000 times more stable than any other smart switch brand I’ve tried. Install is easy. If you’re living off grid like I am, they draw very low vampire power.

    Replacing a 5 year old switch that stopped working
    Unfortunately, these switches don’t appear to last. This (expensive) switch replaces one that is out of warranty and has stopped working, and now a second switch has stopped working.I’ve punted and am replacing many of my Leviton switches with less expensive (Kasa) ones that appear to work fine, are better designed, and last longer.I don’t recommend Leviton Smart Switches because they don’t last, and they are poorly designed (from my POV).

    Defective switch poor support
    Tried to use support instead of sending back to Amazon. Big mistake. Support has taken many days and asked for numerous additional items. Finally gave up and returned switch. I have a number of these and they are very reliable.

    A bit more expensive than you cheap-o Tuya switches but when it comes to electricity, I want something that is not going to catch fire in my wall. These work great and come from and established name brand.
