    “Plug & play” – it works great!!
    I was looking at the instructions for the Gen2 Leviton switch I got a couple years ago and happened to notice the availability of this companion switch. While I usually pull out my phone to turn the lights on or off, other people here never remember and end up walking 75’ (literally – it’s a big building) to hit the switch. Not any more! Put this companion switch by the other door, and it works perfectly. Works so well that I just bought a second switch and companion to replace a different switch so we can control both sets of overhead lights from one convenient spot. The companion switch “just works.” The instructions are clear, and setup was easy – took me less than 15 minutes to have it mounted and up and running. Looking forward to getting the second set of switches tomorrow!

    Not much range.
    This works at close range, don’t think it’ll get 50′ in any house. Ours is standard wood frame and sheet rock and getting about 25′ tops.

    Absolute junk. Totally unreliable and slow
    Leviton requires a bridge and every control is going through their cloud. It is pathetic, how unresponsive that service is – it sometimes takes about 10-20 seconds, before a switch actually switches when using their app.And no, it is not my internet or WiFi setup. 1Gbps, WiFi 6 Mesh. There is zero support, their website to manage devices is a piece of work, devices constantly show offline despite their bridge being 2 ft away.The whole Leviton “solution” is absolutely unusable junk and I regret having spent so much money on this. Moved to Lutron Caseta and will never go back to these POS devices.

    Does not come with face plate which seems odd as it is meant to be surface mounted and the face plate included with the full switch would be more appropriate with this unit. Is not wifi but uses radio signal so range is limited. Works well in our setting however. Nothing wrong with product but should include face plate or at least be clear it’s not included
