I just installed this last weekend, but will update the review if problems arise.This dimmer switch appears to be high quality, and was easy to set up. Insofar as dimmer performance it is able to dim from 100 to 1% with no discernable flicker.The Kasa app is fine, but who wants to deal with 50 different vendor apps? I linked the Kasa account to Google Home, and that was super easy and is working very well.

Not Just for Outdoors – Works Incredibly Well Indoors, Too!
This was the most economical, highly rated and by a company I already trust, route to setting up a wifi-controlled smart dimmer track light solution that I could find.The fact that they are rated for “outdoors” should hypothetically mean that they are just super tough, and will hopefully live even longer indoors.I paired this with “LRAEMXG Plug in Track Lighting with Power Cord” and “DEWENWILS GU10 LED Bulb, Dimmable Bulbs” – and the results are incredible.No flickering, instant and reliable connection and response.I will definitely be buying more of these for both indoors and outside!

Excellent with a few *
I picked up 20 of these because they were under $14 each, making them even cheaper than the lowest-cost Chinese Smart Life dimmers. For the price, they deliver a lot of value and functionality.Pairing these with the Kasa app was straightforward and hassle-free. Linking them to Google Home and Amazon Alexa was just as easy, and I had zero issues getting them to work with both platforms.One of the standout features is the design. Since the cable extends away from the unit, you can plug it into the lower outlet and still have room for something in the top outlet. This is a big advantage over some of my Lutron dimmers, which are bulky and tend to monopolize the entire outlet.Another great feature is the grounded outlet. Unlike many dimmer controllers, such as my Lutron and GE models, which only have hot and neutral connections, these include grounding for added safety and versatility.It is worth noting that these dimmers only support up to 4 amps, so you need to keep your load under 400 watts. For most modern LED lighting, this is not an issue. However, for some of my outdoor Christmas lights, which are older incandescent strings, I had to limit the number of strings I could connect. It was not a big deal, though, because these are so affordable that I just used a second one to handle the extra load.Finally, I was impressed by the lack of flickering. Even at low dimming levels, there was no noticeable flicker with my LED lights, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, these dimmers are a fantastic value and work flawlessly indoors and outdoors.

Calidad excelente, de lo mejor en Smart Dimmers, practicamente conecta el equipo a lo que requieras controlar en mi caso fueron luces en la terraza y oh maravilla, muy fácil la configukración del equipo en la app. Es un equipo que te deja exageradamente satisfecho, de las mejores compras que he realizado. Ampliamente recomendable.

El producto se recomienda solo, y es parte de la familia TP Link, dicha marca fue recomendación de un buen amigo Gerente de IT y utilizado en cierta empresa que de verdad estos productos trabajan y valen cada centavo por el servicio que dan non solo en cuanto a este tipo de contactos, desde ahora la bomba de la cisterna es controlada desde el teléfono móvil, entre otros equipos tal como la presurizadora que abastece los servicios en toda la casa.
