    Bit expensive 🫰yet fully worthy
    I used buy only Kasa Smart plugs since my first Kasa plug their app was a necessity. There onwards I kept buying like Forty odd 🔌 smart plugs. I was never happy with it due to their limitations in Third Party application support.Finally even it is a bit expensive side I bought the first Four Innr Smart plugs.The quality of the Innr plugs are lovely. And the built quality of the plugs are great , doesn’t feel cheap and low quality. And they work like a charmer.My issue with Kasa Third-party applications now has been solved. I connected Innr plugs into Philips Hue Hub – thereafter through Harmony Elite Hub got the Innr plugs show up via Philips Hue.Amazing product as extremely easy to set them up and most of all it supports many Thirds Party applications.I love these Innr Smart Plugs. I don’t think I will have to look into another name brand for Smart-plugs. Bit expensive, but boy you get your money’s worth. I am very pleased with the Innr Smart Plugs and very highly recommend Innr Smart Plugs.Cheers.

    These smart plugs are handy and versatile. We use them with Home Assistant. They work well for the most part, with a couple of minor issues: – they sometimes *won’t* switch on or off using the manual button on the side of the plug. When this happens, they can still be switched using the app. – they sometimes switch off and back on for no reason. It doesn’t happen a lot and I’m not sure what triggers it.Overall, they are super-easy to set up and use. We’re really happy with them.

    Works with Hue and Google assistant
    I got the two pack so I could use one for my laptop and one for the Christmas tree. They work exactly as expected. You plug it in, plug in the device you wish to control, then either use the physical switch, app or voice assistant. I scheduled my laptop to power on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, and my Christmas tree to come on daily at sunset and turn off at 11 PM. These schedules are done via the Hue app. Additionally, since Hue is paired with my Google Home, I can nickname the devices and say ‘Hey Google, turn on/off the laptop/Christmas tree’. Works great! You could also use the physical switch on the plug if desired, but that defeats the purpose of a smart switch.I have no problems with ZigBee range in my home, so I cannot comment on the range extender. My ZigBee performance has not decreased with these in use. I also have no had any device resets or unintended power-offs.So why have I knocked a star? I have previously used WiFi smart plugs, but I wanted ZigBee plugs that connect to Hue my Hue bridge to reduce the total number of devices on my WiFi network. These accomplish that, however, they show up as lights in the Hue app. Since they are ‘lights’, if you assign them to a room, say the living room, the plug will turn on and off with the other lights in that room. This isn’t a problem if you are plugging in an old standing ‘dumb’ light, but it is a problem if you are plugging in a device you do not want to turn on and off with the other lights in that room. You have to create a new (or several new) rooms to assign just the plugs to if you want to control them separately. Also, you can only update the firmware with the Innr app, but if order to do so you have to register a new account. Since I am using them with Hue and Google assistant I deleted the Innr app and opted not to create an account which means I am stuck on old firmware. They work fine on the old firmware for my usage. Though for security, I would like to have a way to update them without registering a new account.

    So far, great! Until one failed.
    My original review:I like the narrower profile, easier to fit in smaller locations. Set up was quick, simple, and works great! Good value. I am happy with this purchase.My update, 3 months later:One of the plugs failed and now will not connect to Alexa. The INNR website has support links that are broken. I wrote to customer support via the method described in the package, hoping to receive a refund, replacement plug, or some tech support solution. Will update…UPDATE: INNR’s Customer Service replied, very nicely, with specific tech support method, which did not work, so they are sending me a replacement plug.So, my review went from 5 stars, to 2 stars and I will settle on 4 stars; love the plug, appreciate the support, wish it hadn’t failed within a couple months of using it, glad I will get a replacement.AND, another update: The company is sending me a 2-pack to replace my single failed plug! Now, that’s good customer service. Back to five stars.
