    Great for AI with privacy
    I’ve had the indoor camera set up for few days now, and it’s been solid. It was easy to install, and the video quality is really clear. I like that I can rotate the camera through the app to cover different areas in my living room. The two-way audio is a nice feature—I’ve used it to talk to my kids a couple of times when I’m out. The app does a good job sending me notifications when it picks up interesting activity, which cuts down on the random alerts. For the price its hard to beat. Paid subscription is well worth it.

    THESE CAMERAS SUCK TREMENDOUSLY!!!!
    You get 7 days of “free” viewing on the app, (which I didn’t even get 7 days- installed on a Saturday and by the next Thursday morning I couldn’t see the live view of my 4 different locations- had to click on “see live view” on each individual location). The only reason these cameras get 1 star is because I can move them around to see more than I could with my old cameras. Keep in mind, my cameras are only to keep tabs on my rabbits and my child. Before the “live view” went away on the home screen, I couldn’t access that view on any other wifi network except my home wifi. Meaning, while I was at work on my work wifi, I had to disconnect from it and use my cellular network to be able to see recordings. After the “live view” went away on the home screen, I can’t even see live recordings any longer- even once I choose an event – it’s now a screen shot. I have micro sd cards in 3 of the cameras for constant recording and I can go back and look at that specific time based on the notification I get. But that’s not very helpful as I can only pick one minute in time to watch. These cameras were NOT WORTH THE MONEY spent on them or the time and trouble to set them up. DO NOT waste your time or money on this junk!!!!

    Great updates
    This camera was really easy to set up and the user interface in the app is simple and easy to navigate. I love the specific updates provided in the app notifications! They save me a ton of time. I can just glance down at my phone and see exactly what is happening without having to launch and watch the video each time I get alerted. The camera works as described. I have one camera set up to monitor my downstairs living area and because it’s and open concept room, I can really see everything in about a 1200 square foot space. I am looking forward to adding more cameras for outdoor and upstairs monitoring as well.

    This is an amazing device!
    I purchased four Luna AI cameras, two of the stationary and two light bulb sockets versions.The installation and set up could not have been more simple. But then the magic came once the cameras were on and I installed the app/AI software on my phone. The software actively learns your environment and gives the most credibly detailed notifications. The subscription and monitoring is nothing sort of phenomenal! Not only would I recommend this product to my friends and family, but I’m buying it for many of them as gifts. I’ve had a lot of alarm systems and cameras over the years, but nothing like this. There’s nothing comparable.

    Beware.. this so called modern and intelligent..
    Beware.. this so called modern and intelligent.. camera.. that we bought 4 of… is not modern enough to connect to fast internet.If you have fiber optic, do not buy this. If you log on to 5g, do not buy this. If you are on a 2.4g… which is old.. then these cameras will work just fine.I do not know how to get the 2.4g option here. … I have glo fiber.If this company updates these cameras.. to modern and more intelligent speeds, where is can toggle between either speed.. then I will rate it 5 stars. Right now I can’t use it… so I must call my internet and Luna for help.4 cameras I can’t use. They work, if you have slower internet.

    Exactly what I was looking for
    Cameras are very easy to setup and clarity is perfect. I’ve had several different types over the years and these are easiest to setup I’ve come across and had five up and running in no time at all. I especially like that I can pan and tilt nearly 360 degrees so makes placement options simple. Customer service is also friendly and quick to respond if any questions. Very happy with the purchase.
