    No more terrified wife!
    Used this as an on off switch for our vintage wringer washer that kicks on full speed when plugged in, it would sometimes spark scaring the wife now she feels much safer being able to flip a switch. It been outdoors since purchased with no signs of wear or leaks.

    A well made inline switch that fixed a problem
    My new air compressor which fits under my workbench works really well, but the switch is mounted in the back, and I couldn’t reach it. I thought about mounting a wall switch and a receptacle for it, but I also wanted some way to look from the shop door to see whether I had turned it off when I left. With a 14 amp compressor full load I wanted a robust switch that I could plug in on the bench top to switch it, and this fit the bill. It looks to be well made and heavy duty, and the flat plug is great as the plug doesn’t protrude onto the work bench. I clamped it lightly between the backboard of the bench top and an “L” bracket, so it stays in place, and with the lit switch it’s easy to see whether it’s on when I’m closing up. Works like a charm.

    Simple in-line on/off manual switch to isolate the wall outlet from equipment
    The switch even has a light so that you can tell when it is on. The switch is heavy duty as well as the cords on each side of the switch. It would handle the loads on any 15-amp or 20-amp circuit. It appears to be a well-built product.
