    I love the look and the functionality of these locks. You can program them easily for multiple people using the finger print feature. The app is great as well because you can open and lock them from the app as well. I want them on every door in my home. Would really be great for anyone who has a vacation rental

    Easy to install and very nice product , the apps needs to be more flexible with the auto lock feature, it’s only support 3 mins as max time, and take more time n than normal if you try to unlock with the Apple Watch, but in general it’s very nice .

    Does not disappoint
    I bought my first and installed in my house. For almost 4 years while I was there. My first one did not disappoint one single time. Very extremely practical. The finger print worked every time even when i had dirty hands. Easy to install. Im buying a new house and already got another. That’s how much I loved this.

    Could be better
    This model is not as good as the S230. The motor makes a weird noise when locked and unlocked and the confirmation beep is less pleasant too. It is also annoying to type the code in as there’s no haptic feedback or similar feature to know when you’ve even started entering a code.Customer service isn’t great as I was like #1,850 in queue and when it was finally my turn I wasn’t notified.

    Accessories are junk, did not even get to install.
    These do not come with the needed door adaptors that all other door lock manufacturers include. I was not going to cut my full house of brand new doors to fit square plates vs rounded (that are displayed in the pictures btw) to make it worse, plates are different colors and different materials. The actually lock seems ok and handle is nice. But unusable and cheap just based on the rest not matching in color and design. Spent almost 500 bucks, opened the box, within 30 minutes these are getting returned. If you like your doors to have mismatched hardware, these would be fantastic! Anker should be ashamed of themselves, no wonder they are on sale! Please stay away from these.

    Love the lock but not durable handle
    Inside locking mechanism of the handle broke within a day unfortunately. The deadbolt though is easy to install and use. Didn’t take long to install or connect to the app. Overall love the deadbolt just not the handle because of the broken internal components
