    Lights work, but a pain to set up.
    First the remote that came with the lights was useless cause its IR receptor didn’t work. The remote worked with my other devices but not the LEDs they came with.In order to put the lights into pairing mode you have to restart them 3 times fast, and with no remote the only way to do it is via unplugging the entire light 3 times

    BEST PURCHASE!!!! WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!
    I was skeptical at first because it’s so cheap but it’s awesome! It arrived on time, and stuck pretty well (I’ll update y’all if it starts to fall off and even if it does just use some double sided tape). It took me a bit to figure out how to turn it on but basically you plug the black wire into a circuit and the other part of it into the white wire that connects to the LED’s then take out the plastic in the remote and press and hold the “ON” button (make sure to have your Bluetooth and WiFi on) and follow the rest of the directions on the instructions for the app, the app itself is awesome, it’s bright but can be dimmed pretty low, there’s different light modes, it can react to sound, it can even have a set time to turn on, and connect to Alexa/Google! Honestly so far it’s amazing especially for how cheap it is!!!!!!! Get it!!!!!!

    A Complete Waste of Time and Money
    I was excited to finally set up these LED lights after a month of waiting, but that excitement quickly turned to frustration. The remote didn’t work at all, even after changing the battery. I thought, “No worries, I’ll just use the app.” WRONG. You need the remote to even put the lights in pairing mode, so without the remote, the app is useless. The entire product is a joke. If I had known I’d be stuck with a bunch of useless lights, I would’ve saved my money and time. Stay far away from this garbage!

    Perfect so far.
    They work very well so far, I have them connected to work with Alexa and have had no real problems- When setting up the connection to Alexa, I got an error but then when I tried a hour or two later they worked. I got the 50ft but somewhat wishing I got the 100. I started them behind my computer desk and then up and around the top of my bedroom wall; they didn’t quite reach the full route I was planning but this was my fault. I didn’t measure or anything but they did stop in a decent place so I’m not worried about it. When you plug in the strip to the control box, try both ways if they don’t turn on; At first I thought mine were defective but turned it and they worked. Only downside is having to get the app and sign up but who doesn’t have a spam e-mail for stuff like that. App seems decent enough but I haven’t used it too much (Alexa). I use Alexa or occasionally the app so I cannot comment on the remote.Almost a month after putting it up and has been offline once, but it literally took one minute to get it to reconnect. Wifi signal to the location may be a factor but mine are the floor above but almost directly over the router.

    INOPERABLE CONTROL – badly soldered wires – dangerous!
    I don’t know if the controller I got was soldered by a 10 year old or what, but it’s completely inoperable and possibly even dangerous. I noticed as soon as I plugged it in that there was something wrong because the lights didn’t work at all as they should with the red lights not coming on, and the blue lights staying on all the time no matter if I turned it off or not. Very strange. I confirmed that the led strips weren’t the issue by testing them with other controllers that I had. I took the controller apart, which is very easy to do, to look at the board. The wires soldered into the board were just a complete mess. It looks like someone had soldered something into the wrong holes and then took them out, and then resoldered some wires in such a messy fashion that there was loose wires, solder dust all over the board, and the connections were just barely being made and were cross-wired or shorted because of the horrible blobby soldering job. Unfortunately, I didn’t test this until more than a month after I bought it because I was busy so now I can’t return it and I seriously doubt that this company will read this and do anything about it. I’ll never buy from this company again for sure, and I doubt this is the only one out there like this. Dangerous!Edit – The company “dalattin US” emailed me because of this post and has offered to fully refund my purchase. As this purchase was outside of the normal return window of 30 days, they didn’t have to do this and must be commended. Surprised but happy as can be. I’ve changed my star rating from 1 to 3.
