    Not happy with mounting
    I cannot comment on whether it works well or not because I haven’t got past the mountain yet. Apparently either part is missing or their mounts just suck and I’m leaning towards the ladder because in researching them online it seems like multiple people have this problem. The Mount is screwed into the wall and then there’s a little ball joint type part that screws into the back of the camera the problem is the ball is not tight in the socket so you screw it into the camera and the camera just droops like a limp, well you know, I’m not gonna say it but they make little purple pills for it. Now I have to go buy an aftermarket mount for another 14 bucks to mount something that should’ve come with a decent mount. This is a known problem that Eify should have addressed a long time ago because some of the comments I see on sites addressing this are well over a year old. If they can’t even get the mount right, how am I supposed to have any confidence in the effectiveness of the camera?

    good camera
    already have three of this model…this is replacing 1 of 2 of them that have stop working after about 15 months. Water damage, they are supposed to be IP67 waterproof.?? there is only a year warranty on them per Eufy. When they were working, they were great…but they are too expensive to replace every year. I hope this one has a longer life span.

    Installation is easy, video quality is excellent, and the app works well. Not sure what the battery life will be like, or the solar charging since it is winter and the sun is lower in the sky. I have the sensor on the lowest settings but still records when anything passes by, even snowflakes.
