    Won’t pair. Not smart:( /// UPDATE;)
    Cold not get the ap to discover it bulb so I bought the connector hub. They won’t pair with each other or with Alexa. Total waste of money and time. UPDATE- tech/costumer service went out of their way to contact me! They walked me through the pairing process of having a bulb that is a long distance from the hub. It works great! Now I can use Alexa voice commands or the ap to use the bulb. THANK YOU TECH SUPPORT:)

    Will NOT pair with the app. Am planning to return this. May be a ‘one off’, but my experience with smart bulbs so far indicates this is not a good product.

    Not as good as Hue lights
    TLDR; They work but aren’t as good as Hue bulbs, spend extra $$$ on Hue if you care about user experience.I have about a dozen Philips Hue lights in my home and was looking for a less expensive alternative for some common areas. I found the ERIA lights were much less expensive and could be controlled by the Hue hub so I figured I’d give them a try. They work, but since they are “Friends of Hue” devices are some limitations. I’m not returning them but they just aren’t as good as the Hue lights.Pros1. Less expensiveCons1. Don’t get as bright as the Hue bulbs2. Don’t get as dim as the Hue bulbs3. Not much range in color temperature4. The color represented in the Hue app doesn’t always represent the bulbs color (likely an issue with the app)5. Can’t set the “after power loss” behavior (app limitation)6. Can’t control via Apple Home app. (app limitation)Some of these issues/limitations are created by Philips Hue app and they aren’t going to change them because well, they are protecting their business, I get it. But even removing Hue app related limitations these bulbs aren’t as good a Hue bulbs, they don’t gets as bright, dim or have the range of color temp that a Hue bulb has. I expected most of these issues and limitations based on other reviews so these lights are placed in hallways to provide basic ability to dim and shift color temp.

    Great bulb for the price
    Great product. Easy to change the light “temperature” with multiple options. Easy to set up with Hue (just have to flip the light switch on and off three times to pair).

    Quality equal price. Buy if you are ready to return 1/3 of them.
    Ordered 10 bulbs: – one out of ten – came with broken plastic – one out of nine – not as bright as rest – one out of eight – having connection delay after loosing power supply Rest of them – arriving dirty and have “refurbished” feel.

    Great cheaper option for Phelps hue system, make sure you turn the light on and off 5 time to get into pair mode before you search for it on your hue app.
