So I wanted an indoor camera for monitoring purposes as well peace of mind. I got this on sale during the holidays and got 50% off on the yearly membership with Canary when I activated it. I wanted to wait a while before leaving a review so I could provide some honest feedback.-I love the fact that I can just watch what’s happening at home live at any time.-The night vision is fantastic. The image is clear.-I also love the 2 way speaker. I can keep an eye on my dogs and talk to them if they are misbehaving. I can also talk to the maintenance crew when they come by while I am away if I need to. And I can hear and see everything they do. I hate having strangers at home if I am not there.-The emergency button is great. You can connect to the police, the rescue and other emergency services with the touch of a button.-It was very easy to set up.-I also like the fact that you can set it up to not record anything when you are home if you want the privacy.-The range of vision is wider than I thought it would be, which I love. In my case one device covers both entrances of my home so I can see if someone comes through the main or the back door. You can also zoom in and out while watching live or recordings in case you want to see any details.Overall I couldn’t be happier with the investment. It has brought a lot of peace of mind.Word of advise, do not install app on multiple devices. I had the app on my tablet as well as my phone and it caused me a lot of issues due to the fact that one device was at home while the other one wasn’t. So the app was having some trouble entering the “Away” mode when I left home. So only install on the device that will be leaving the house with you. Unless you want to manually change modes every time.The only complain I have is that the camera seems to have some trouble recognizing my dog is not a person. But better safe than sorry, I rather get the notifications saying that it looks like there is someone home and just end up being the dog than not to have them a all.

Worst camera and customer service ever!
It would not let me give less than one star. . Run, don’t walk, run the other way as fast as you can from this camera and company. I bought the camera because a friend said it was an okay video camera. He was wrong. The Camera had a firm ware malfunction on set up. No tech support available, I sent email request about the problem that 30 days later was still not answered. If you have to call customer service for any reason, good luck. There is a message posted on their website that says they cannot accept calls, you must email. They charged me $99 for cloud storage subscription for a camera that stopped working on day one. They said I did not change my subscription plan, that was incorrect but because I made the change on their website, the request just disappeared. Guess that is your bad luck, sucker. I honestly can’t believe that Amazon would do business with a company like this.When you combine all the above with the fact that the camera has very little function compared to most of the cameras on the market today. It is huge, about the size of a large can of baked deans. No rotation, no zoom and if you want to save video you must buy their cloud storage plan since their is no so storage function. And it is on the high end of the price scale. Really no appealing qualities at all. Do yourself a favor and look at the Victure Dual band camera. Half the price and twice the quality.

Good Product
This accomplishes my goals which are simply to see how my cats behave and to see my back door entry when I’m away. What I don’t like is the daily emails I get from this company to upgrade. I don’t want to upgrade!
